20210144812 · 2021-05-13 ·

A PTC heating device for introduction into a receiving pocket of an electric heating device includes at least one PTC element, a conductor track that is electrically connected to the PTC element, and insulating layers that are abutted in a thermally conductive manner against the PTC element. A frame-shaped casing joins the at least one PTC element, the conductor track, and the insulating layers as a unit. The frame-shaped casing has a leading frame member with elastic guide tabs which, in an initial assembly state, project on oppositely disposed sides of the frame-shaped casing over the heat-emitting open surface respectively associated with them, which are inclined obliquely from the leading frame member in a direction of the open surface, and which are elastically pivotable. During heating device assembly, the PTC heating device is centered and guided by the elastic guide tabs when introduced into a heating rib of a heating chamber.

Bathroom management apparatus

A bathroom management apparatus includes: a cabinet having an front surface; at least one frame configured to be attached to the cabinet; and at least one function module including at least one of a towel care module, a sterilizing module, a secret box module, a refrigerating module, a charging module, and an air conditioning module configured to be installed in the at least one frame, wherein the at least one frame provides a first mounting space, a second mounting space provided beneath the first mounting space, and a third mounting space provided beneath the second mounting space.

ELECTRIC RESISTANCE RADIANT FURNACE HAVING A SHORT CYCLE AIR PASS
20200355398 · 2020-11-12 · ·

An electric resistance radiant furnace is disclosed. Solid ceramic panel emitters having electric resistance wires embedded therein produce heat. A blower receives air from a return duct. Metallic screens are located between the panel emitters. A thermostat is connected to the wires and the blower. Heat is produced by each panel emitter. Part of the heat produced is radiated from the ceramic body to the metallic screens. Air flows in a parallel manner between the panel emitters and along the metallic-screens. The thermostat heat buildup by turning on the panel emitters controlling the blower. A short cycle air pass conduit accepts a portion of heated air from between the multiple panel emitters and to convey the portion of heated air to the return duct, such that the portion of heated air is mixed with return air, and a temperature of the return air provided to the blower is elevated.

Heater for an incubator for infants and incubator for infants

A heater, for an incubator for infants, has a housing structure with an upper housing surface and a lower housing surface, at least one air inlet for an inflowing air stream, at least one air outlet for an outflowing air stream, at least one fan impeller, at least one heating element and at least one heat transfer element. The upper housing surface and the lower housing surface delimit a flow space. The heat transfer element is a plate with a flat surface that is arranged horizontally during operation of the heater. An incubator for infants having such a heater is also provided.

SIDE-MOUNTED ELECTRIC HEATER

An HVACR fan and heater assembly accounts for the cyclonic flow produced by centrifugal blowers by placing a heater vertically and biased towards a side of a fan cabinet in order to increase and balance airflow through the heater, eliminating hot spots and fire risk and improving heater efficiency. A blockoff in the fan cabinet forces airflow within the cabinet to move through the heater. The positioning of the heater may vary depending on the direction of rotation of the centrifugal blower. The fan and heater assembly may further include baffles to direct the airflow from the centrifugal blower.

Electric resistance radiant furnace with mesh, screen, or honeycomb between panel emitters

An electric resistance radiant furnace that includes multiple panel emitters and at least one layer of metallic screen located between the panel emitters. In some embodiments, the panel emitters each include a ceramic body with an electric resistance wire embedded therein. Furnaces can be for heating an occupied space within a building and can also include a blower and controls and heat produced by electricity passing through the wire can be conducted through the ceramic body of each panel emitter and at least part of the heat can be radiated from the ceramic body to the metallic screen and then be transferred to air blown by the blower between the panel emitters and along the metallic screen. Concave or convex surfaces of curved layers of metallic screen can face opposite directions, can face the panel emitters, or both.
