The cross section is in a multilobed shape and has a major axis of length L and a first minor axis of length Si y satisfying a ratio of L/S1 being 1.10-3.00. The core part has a major axis of length Lc and a first minor axis of length Sc satisfying a ratio of Lc/Sc being 1.10-3.00. The major axis of the core part is in a direction that substantially coincides with a direction of the major axis of the cross section.

The knot is unable to pass-through any of the hair pass-through apertures that hair from the clump of hair passes through.

Each moveable eye assembly can have an eyeball element and an eyelid actuator assembly. The eyelid actuator assembly can have an eyelid support that can be coupled to an interior surface of one integral eyelid of the pair of integral eyelids. The eyelid actuator assembly can have a drive band configured to magnetically couple to the eyelid support and move the drive band in an arcuate path to blink the integral eyelids. The moveable eye assemblies can be offset from a centerline of the doll head by a separation angle by the eyeball actuation frame.
