CENTRIFUGAL PUMP ASSEMBLY
A centrifugal pump assembly includes an electrical drive motor (4, 6), an impeller (14) which is driven by the electrical drive motor (4, 6) as well as with at least one valve element (18) which is directly or indirectly movable along a first movement path between at least two switching positions, by the electrical drive motor (4, 6). At least a part of the valve element (18) is additionally movable along a second movement path which is different to the first movement path, between a released position, in which the valve element is distanced to at least one contact surface and a bearing position, in which the valve element bears on the at least one contact surface.
SEGREGATED FIRED HEATER
A fired heater has two cells segregated by an insulative wall. A first plurality of burners are located in the first cell and a second plurality of burners are located in the second cell. A radiant tube extends from the first cell to the second cell for carrying a fluid material through the heater to heat the fluid material. The flow of fuel to the burners in either the first cell or the second cell can be terminated to accommodate lower heater duty when demand is lower.
ELECTRIC WATER HEATER HAVING A BYPASS
A water heater includes a tank defining an interior volume having an inlet and an outlet, a heating element configured to heat water within the tank, and a bypass in fluid communication between the inlet and outlet and configured to divert at least a portion of the supply water from the inlet to the outlet.
HOT WATER STORAGE BOILER HAVING SCALE PREVENTION FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a hot water storage boiler having a scale prevention function, the boiler being able to prevent scale without an additive or an ultrasonic device. Low-temperature water is sprayed toward the bottom portion of the combustion chamber using the spray pipe. This consequently lowers the temperature of the bottom portion of the combustion chamber, thereby reducing production of scale.
COMPONENT FOR CONNECTING A HYDRAULIC UNIT OF A HEATING DEVICE
A component for connecting a hydraulic unit of a heating device, which includes at least one means for the attachment to a housing structure. The at least one means for the attachment to a housing structure is developed as a plug-in element. A device for connecting a hydraulic unit of a heating device, which includes at least one component for connecting a hydraulic unit of a heating device is also provided. The component is disposed so as to be exchangeable. A heating device, which has at least one hydraulic unit, is also described. The hydraulic unit is fixed in place on a housing structure of the heating device via an exchangeable component. A method for mounting a hydraulic unit of a heating device is also described.
Water Heater With Flow Bypass
A water heater has a water supply line, a heat exchanger in fluid communication with the water supply line, a heating element positioned proximate to the heat exchanger, such that when activated, the heating element conveys heat to the heat exchanger and thereby heating water supplied by the water supply line, an output line in fluid communication with the heat exchanger and configured to receive heated water therefrom, a flow sensor configured to cause the heating element to activate in response to sensing a predetermined water flow rate through the water heater, and a bypass flow line operably connected between the water supply line and the output line.
Water heater appliance
A water heater appliance with a mixing valve positioned within a casing of the water heater appliance is provided. The mixing valve is fluidly coupled to a heated water conduit and a bypass conduit of the water heater appliance. An actuator assembly is configured for selectively adjusting a mixing ratio of the mixing valve. The actuator assembly includes a knob positioned at an outer surface of the casing.
Housing unit for a heating system
A housing unit (22) for a heating device with two heating circuits, one for space heating and another for service water heating, includes a pump housing (23) for a recirculation pump (8). The housing unit (22) encompasses a switching valve for switching the heating circuits, and in its rear installation position exhibits at least one port to directly connect a plate heat exchanger (6) for heating service water. An opening (29) for the return of the space heater is arranged on one side of the housing unit. The housing unit incorporates an inlet chamber (28), which is adjoined by the inlet mouth (26) of the pump (8), and into which two channels empty, of which one or the other can be optionally closed by a valve body (32), and of which one channel leads to the line port (30) for the return, and the other channel leads to a port of the plate heat exchanger (6).
WATER HEATER
The present invention relates to the technical field of water heaters, specifically to a water heater, including a shell and an anti-electric wall. A heater is disposed in the shell, two ends of the heater communicate with connecting pipes, ends of the connecting pipes respectively communicate with a water outlet pipe and a water inlet pipe, and the anti-electric wall is disposed inside or outside the shell. An overheat protector is provided with a resetting button. The present invention can avoid potential leakage at the joint between the anti-electric wall and the heater during the use of the water heater.
Heating system
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a hydronic heating system utilized to heat a mobile living unit. The mobile living unit may include a bottom floor and a raised floor separated by a conditioned basement which funnels cold air from the conditioned basement through a convector. The convector heats the air causing the air to rise through the walls in the mobile living unit. The warm air is then released out through one or more vents in the walls into the interior living space of the mobile living unit.
