EQUIPMENT CONTROL DEVICE, EQUIPMENT CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM
An equipment control device includes a controller that controls a control target based on a touch operation by a user on a touch panel display. The display displays a display screen that includes a control target icon resembling the control target, and a plurality of touch areas an effective area that enables the touch operation for operating the control target; and detects a first gesture and a second gesture from the touch operation. The second gesture is different from the first gesture, and has a fixed direction. The controller in a case where the display detects the first gesture in the effective area any one of the plurality of the touch areas, executes at least one of selecting the control target and controlling a direction of the control target; in a case where the display detects the second gesture in the one touch area effective area and the second gesture has a direction away from the control target icon, increases a control amount of the control target; and in a case where the display detects the second gesture in the effective area and the second gesture has a direction approaching the control target icon, decreases a control amount of the control target.
Towel warming apparatus
Embodiments relate generally to a heated towel rack that includes at least one lateral support, at least one forced air heating unit in fluid communication with a channel within a lateral support, and at least one cross bar coupled to the at least one lateral support. The at least one cross bar including at least one vent that traverses into a conduit within the cross bar. The channel is in fluid communication with the at least one vent by way of the conduit.
Fan controller
Method for controlling an HVAC ventilation fan in heating or cooling mode and varying the fan-off time delay as a function of heat source or cool source operational time. Method for increasing heater ventilation fan speed from the low speed used for heating to the high speed used for cooling. Method for maintaining the heat pump reversing valve signal at the same position throughout the cool or heat source operational and extended variable fan-off time delay. Method for closing economizer dampers at the end of the cool or heat source operational time while continuing to operate the ventilation fan for an extended variable fan-off time delay.
TOWEL WARMING APPARATUS
An apparatus includes a first section and a second section. The first section includes at least one first section cross bar coupled thereto, and the at least one first section cross bar includes a cross bar conduit. The second section includes at least one second section cross bar coupled thereto. At least one vent traverses the cross bar conduit. At least one forced air unit is in fluid communication with the cross bar conduit.
Hybrid residential heater and control system therefor
A hybrid heating system for use with a gas supply and an electricity supply to provide a temperature controlled environment is provided, the hybrid heating system comprising: a hybrid heater, the hybrid heater including a firebox, a gas burner housed in the firebox and providing a first heat source, a variable pressure gas valve in fluid communication with the gas burner, a modulating actuator in mechanical communication with the variable pressure gas valve, a housing attached to the firebox, an electric element housed in the housing, the electric element providing a second heat source, a high duty cycle on off switch in electrical communication with the electric element; a printed circuit board in electrical communication with the modulating actuator and the high duty cycle on off switch; and a microprocessor which is in electronic communication with both the modulating actuator and the high duty cycle on off switch.
