Hot-water supply device
A hot-water supply device includes a hot-water dispenser supplying hot-water, a hot-water supply path supplying the hot-water to a hot-water supply tap, a circulation path carrying out instant hot-water operation which circulates and heats the hot-water remaining in the hot-water supply path, a first clock repeatedly measuring unit times in which a pattern of hot-water usage of a user makes a round, and a flow rate sensor detecting the supply of the hot-water from the hot-water supply tap. The control portion detects, for each of the unit times and based on detection signals of the flow rate sensor, a time zone in which hot-water supply operation is carried out, and reserves, based on a time zone in a first unit time in which the hot-water supply operation is carried out, a time zone in a second unit time following the first unit time for carrying out the instant hot-water operation.
COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, MANAGEMENT SERVER, HOT WATER SYSTEM, HOT WATER FACILITY AND RELAY DEVICE
In a communication system, a management server stores information about a hot water systems for each hot water system on the basis of individual identification information, and stores the individual identification information of a plurality of identification target machines for each hot water system. When the individual identification information of the plurality of identification target machines is received from a relay device, the management server collates the received individual identification information with the stored individual identification information. When at least one of the received individual identification information matches the stored individual identification information as a result of the collation, if all the individual identification information stored for the hot water system which has the identification target machine with the matching individual identification information includes individual identification information different from the received individual identification information, the management server rewrites the different individual identification information to the received individual identification information.
Body dryer system and method of use
A body dryer system includes a drive unit to heat and pressurize air; a head unit to expel air; a power system and a control system; the power system and the control system are to activate the drive unit; and air is heated and pressurized via the drive unit and pushed to the head unit to be expelled.
HEATING AND HOT-WATER SUPPLY APPARATUS
A heating and hot-water supply apparatus shortens the time taken for hot-water supply to stabilize at a set temperature in response to a request for a hot-water supply operation during a heating operation. The apparatus performs, using a common heating medium heated by a heater, a heating operation by circulating the heating medium through a heating terminal, and a hot-water supply operation of heating service water through heat exchange with the heating medium circulated through a hot-water supply heat exchanger and supplying hot water. A distribution unit (three-way valve) changes a distribution ratio of the heating medium between the heating terminal and the hot-water supply heat exchanger. A controller controls an amount of heat generated by the heater for the heating operation or the hot-water supply operation, and stops heating with the heater when the temperature of the heating medium reaches a predetermined upper-limit temperature.
Water heater and method of operating the same
A storage-type water heater including a tank for supporting water to be heated, a first heating element, a first relay connected to the first heating element, a second heating element, a second relay connected to the second heating element, and a controller for selectively operating the first relay and the second relay. The controller includes instructions for selecting a mode from at least, a no-sequencing mode, wherein the first relay and the second relay are operated concurrently, and a sequencing mode, wherein the first relay and the second relay are operated sequentially. The controller also operates the first relay to supply power to the first heating element, and operates the second relay to supply power to the second heating element, based on the selected mode.
Boiler control system
A system and method for controlling a boiler comprising a microcomputer operatively connected to a microcontroller wherein the microcontroller is configured to provide flame safeguard operations and the microcomputer is configured to provide operating control instructions to the microcontroller. The boiler control system may operate either in a stand-alone, cascade master or cascade slave configuration.
METHOD FOR OPERATING A HEAT PUMP
A method for operating a heat pump (1) which transfers heat to a fluid heat transfer medium which circulates in a heating circuit is provided. An outside temperature is acquired. When the outside temperature is higher than a limit temperature, a runtime of an electric heating rod (2) of the heat pump (1) and/or energy consumed by the heating rod (2) are acquired. When the runtime exceeds a first limit value within a specified period of time and/or the energy consumed by the heating element (2) in the specified period of time exceeds a second limit value, a message is output.
