Systems and methods for a product system of an agricultural applicator
A product system for an agricultural sprayer can include a product tank configured to store a first volume of an agricultural product. A second volume of the agricultural product can be positioned within a flow assembly after the fill mode. A reclaim system can be configured to provide the agricultural product within the flow assembly to the product tank. A computing system can be communicatively coupled with the reclaim system and configured to determine an open volume of the product tank based on data captured by the tank sensor and activate a reclaim mode of the reclaim system to move the second volume of the agricultural product from the flow assembly to the product tank when the open volume can be greater than the second volume of the agricultural product.
Intelligent loading for an agricultural machine
An intelligent, automated system for loading agricultural product application equipment is provided in which a control system can determine a necessary amount of product for completing a field operation and can automatically couple with a tendering system to receive such product at an optimal time and location. The control system can determine a current amount of product, a projected amount of product necessary to complete a field operation and a refill amount of product from the current amount and the projected amount, then transmit the refill amount to the tender. The control system can further determine whether a position of the equipment relative to the tender is within a threshold, and whether an intake coupler of the equipment is connected to a supply coupler of the tender, and can control valve(s) to open and close channel(s) for loading fluid into the storage tank.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR STACKING CONTAINERS
A method and system for stacking containers each container of a type having a front face having a truncated trapezoidal shape, a rear face having a truncated trapezoidal shape, a top base, a bottom base, a first vertical side adjacent to the top base, a second vertical side adjacent to the top base, a first sloped side between the first vertical side and the bottom base, a second sloped side between the second vertical side and the bottom base. A discharge valve projects from the bottom base where the first vertical side defines a platform for supporting an RFID tag. The containers are configured to be stackable in a manner to provide simultaneous reading of the multiple RFID tags on the platforms.
Nozzle, valve, and manifold assembly for precision application of crop protectant
A treatment system for spraying treatment fluid onto plants in a field is described. The treatment system includes a highly configurable treatment mechanism including an array of nozzles and valve assemblies coupled into manifolds, and manifold assemblies. The manifolds of the manifold assemblies can be oriented in an open state or a nested state, the open state with no overlap between nozzles of adjacent manifolds and the nested state with overlap between nozzles of adjacent manifolds. The manifolds can have multiple configurations, examples of which include a tube manifold and an offset manifold. The nozzles of the system can have multiple configurations, examples of which include a tri-spray nozzle, a bar nozzle, a fan nozzle, and a deflected fan nozzle. The system can be controlled by a system controller which detects plant material and instructs a nozzle or combination of nozzles to spray treatment fluid.
AGRICULTURAL CROP APPLICATION SYSTEM
A product applicator system for dispensing various products onto a ground surface is provided. The system provides an assembly of a protective tube and applicator that protects the product as it travels from the boom to the ground surface. The assembly may include a swivel connection facilitating a rotational movement of the hose assembly to the supporting boom. The protective tube assembly is designed with bending properties that enable the applicator to self-center itself during use.
MICROBIAL SOIL ENHANCEMENT
A method enhances soil by preparing a microbial solution with microbes, a growth medium, and water; iteratively and selectively breeding generations of microbes to arrive at a predetermined microbial solution in a concentrated form of at least 1×10.sup.7 cfu/ml (colony-forming units per milliliter); adding humic acid with amino acids and protein to support an active microbial population to support active and healthy plant growth; and storing the microbial solution as a solid for enriching the soil with micronutrients, microbial cultures and organic materials.
SYSTEM FOR SPRAYING PLANTS WITH AUTOMATED NOZZLE SELECTION
A system for spraying plants comprises a location-determining receiver for estimating a position of a sprayer with respect to one or more rows of plants. A distance sensor is arranged to measure a distance between a nozzle assembly and a plant row segment. A guidance module is adapted to align the nozzle assembly with a target path between the rows of plants, such as a centered path between the rows, or offset between the rows of the plants. A first nozzle is targeted toward a first zone with respect to the plant row segment based on a first spray pattern of the first nozzle. A second nozzle is targeted toward a second zone with respect to the plant row segment based on a second spray pattern of the second nozzle. A nozzle selection module for selecting automatically a first nozzle or a second nozzle based on maximum coverage of a target zone around the plant segment based on the first zone, the second zone, and the measured distance.
Coupler for Use in a Closed Transfer System
A coupler for use in a closed transfer system is provided. The coupler includes a body with an axial slot, an outlet, and a probe that extends from a first end portion to a second end portion and at least partially received within the body, the probe configured to be movable relative to the body between a first position and a second position to selectively control the flow of fluid through the outlet. A handle is coupled to the probe and configured to interface with the axial slot, wherein the handle is configured to move axially along the axial slot to move the probe between the first position and the second position.
SOIL TREATMENT APPARATUS
A ground treatment apparatus for loosening the ground, in particular in the case of ground with grass growth, comprising a support device and a holding device that is movably held thereon, on which a plurality of injection elements are held, a lifting device, by way of which the injection elements are insertable into the ground and are extractable therefrom, and a fluid provisioning device that comprises at least one reservoir for fluid, which can be supplied with fluid for intermediate storage and which is directly or indirectly in fluidic connection with a plurality of injection elements. In order to provide such a ground treatment apparatus that has a more compact design, it is proposed, in accordance with the invention, that the support device and/or the holding device comprise at least one frame made of interconnected structural elements, wherein the at least one reservoir forms a structural element of the frame.
