End clamp for mounting solar module to rail

A solar power system may include rails, solar modules, and a plurality of clamps to secure the solar modules to the rails. An end clamp may be partially disposed inside a rail at an end of the rail. The end clamp may secure a solar module to the rail by coupling to the frame of the solar module. The end clamp may include a fastener that may be tightened to engage the end clamp and secure the solar module by holding it on top of the rail. The end clamp may establish an electrical grounding connection between the frame of the solar module and the rail.

A support assembly for mounting photovoltaic modules on a support surface and a mounting system including the same are disclosed herein. The support assembly may comprise a the body portion including a base portion and at least one upright support member coupled to the base portion, the at least one upright support member comprising an integrally formed ballast tray slot in one side thereof for receiving an upturned edge of a ballast tray; and at least one clamp subassembly coupled to the at least one upright support member of the body portion, the at least one clamp subassembly configured to be coupled to one or more photovoltaic modules. In addition to a plurality of support assemblies, the mounting system may further comprise at least one ballast tray support bracket, the ballast tray support bracket supporting a portion of a ballast tray on the support surface.

WATER GUIDING ASSEMBLY AND PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE

A water guiding assembly configured to drain water or discharge other liquid or solid substances for a photovoltaic assembly is provided. The water guiding assembly includes a water guider and a mounting component. The water guider includes a water guiding portion, the water guiding portion has a fitting portion configured to abut against a frame of the photovoltaic assembly, to provide a gap between the water guiding portion and the frame to form a guiding channel. The mounting component includes a fixing portion and a connecting portion, an end of the connecting portion is detachably connected to the water guider, and another end of the connecting portion is connected to the fixing portion to form a clamping opening with the water guider and the fixing portion, which is configured to clamp the frame. The connecting portion is provided with a discharge channel butted with the guiding channel.

WATER GUIDER AND PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE

A water guider and a photovoltaic module are provided. The water guider includes a water guiding portion and a water discharge portion. The water guiding portion is provided with a first position limiting portion configured to abut against a frame of the photovoltaic assembly, so that a first gap is formed between the water guiding portion and the frame, to form a water guiding channel. The water discharge portion is provided at an angle with respect to the water guiding portion, a second gap is provided between the water discharge portion and the frame, to form a water discharge channel. The water discharge channel is in communication with the water guiding channel. The water guider employs the capillary principle to effectively discharge water or dust accumulated on the glass layer located at an inner side of the frame out of the frame.
