Lighted display devices comprised in part of flat fiber optic material
An illuminated display contained within a translucent container that employs flat fiber optic material as the primary illuminated design. When this material is illuminated at its base edge and the illumination is optionally programmed, light then travels to and is emitted all along its cut top edge, resulting in a clear line of light display that appears to exist in space, unattached from any other material and evokes a specific desired effect within the translucent container, including the effect of a specific ephemeral phenomenon. The illuminated display effect is often strengthened by adding one or more additional displays to the translucent container.

Autonomous, Gravity-Assisted Motorized Racer Configured To Travel Through Non-Straight Tube Segments
A vehicle configured to move through a network of interconnected tubes includes a body, a motor, a motorized wheel, a biasing assembly, and a first element. The motorized wheel directly engages an inner surface of the tubes. The biasing assembly causes the motorized wheel to maintain continuous contact with the inner surface of the tubes during operation. A waist of the vehicle is constrained by an inner diameter (D) of the curved tube, a radius of curvature (R) of the curved tube, and a length (L) of the wheelbase of the vehicle. The waist of the body is sized such that the vehicle can freely move within any of the tubes without getting stuck therein.

Interactive play device and method
An interactive play device, method and apparatus, is disclosed that includes means for generating a plurality of interactions, input control mechanisms, means for storing responses to interactions, and control means to select the next interaction based on memorized responses. This invention provides a new class of interactive play devices, which is founded on personalizing a play device so that its current functionality is based on how the player has interacted with it in prior playing sessions. The invention also discloses a doll device and a car device, which operate in a plurality of states that mimic human behavior. Further, the specification describes a game during which the player is challenged to transform a play device from an initial state to a desired state by providing appropriate responses to interactions initiated by the device.
AUTOMATIC FLY OUT OF THE BOX TOY
A flying to that automatically flies out of its container when the container is opened. A toy has a self-contained power source, a processor coupled to the power source by a circuit and a propeller driven by the actuator. The processor controls an actuator that drives the propeller. The toy defines an opening from an external surface to the circuit. A container for the toy defines a seat for the toy that uniquely forces an orientation of the toy when in the container. The container has a lid and a mechanical interrupter that inserts into the opening when the lid is closed. Opening the lid causes withdrawal of the mechanical interrupter to close the circuit. The toy automatically flies out of the container responsive to the circuit closing.

TOY VEHICLE WITH A BURNOUT FUNCTION
A toy vehicle apparatus for performing a burnout function includes a burnout panel mounted to a base. A vehicle model having a rotatable wheel is mounted to the base with the rotatable wheel lying on the burnout panel, which comprises an abrasive material. The vehicle model comprises a wheel motor for rotating the rotatable wheel with respect to a body of the vehicle model such that the rotatable wheel abrades against the burnout panel. The rotatable wheel comprises an abradable material such that particulates of the abradable material are emitted from the rotatable wheel when the rotatable wheel is abraded against the burnout panel. The particulates simulate or generate smoke similar to that generated in a burnout performed with a road vehicle.
