TOY VEHICLE WITH A BURNOUT FUNCTION
A toy vehicle apparatus for performing a burnout function includes a burnout panel mounted to a base. A vehicle model having a rotatable wheel is mounted to the base with the rotatable wheel lying on the burnout panel, which comprises an abrasive material. The vehicle model comprises a wheel motor for rotating the rotatable wheel with respect to a body of the vehicle model such that the rotatable wheel abrades against the burnout panel. The rotatable wheel comprises an abradable material such that particulates of the abradable material are emitted from the rotatable wheel when the rotatable wheel is abraded against the burnout panel. The particulates simulate or generate smoke similar to that generated in a burnout performed with a road vehicle.
TRACKING TOY VEHICLE
A tracking toy vehicle includes a vehicle body, a left drive wheel, a right drive wheel, a sensing device installed at bottom of the vehicle body for sensing a tracking line, a controller electrically connected to the sensing device, a left driving device for driving the left drive wheel to steer, and a right driving device for driving the right drive wheel to steer. The sensing device includes a first sensor and a second sensor respectively installed on left and right sides of an axle of the vehicle body, for respectively sensing whether the toy vehicle is following the tracking line. The sensing device can identify the tracking line under the vehicle body to confirm the location of the tracking line, and then the controller changes the rotational speed of the left driving device or the right driving device to steer the toy vehicle along the tracking line.

Apparatus and method for generating an appearance of animation
In an aspect, an apparatus and method are provided for creating an illusion of animation of a subject shape. The apparatus includes a screen, an intermediate body, a plurality of lights, and a controller in electronic communication with the plurality of lights. The controller is operable to turn the plurality of lights on and off in at least one of: a selected order, a combination, and a simultaneous operation of all of the lights. The intermediate body and the plurality of lights are positioned relative to said screen such that the intermediate body is positioned between the screen and the plurality of lights and such that said plurality of lights are operable to project a plurality of unique outlines of at least portions of the intermediate body onto the screen to generate an illusion of animation of the subject shape.

Devices, systems, and methods for enhancing the gameplay of toy
Devices, systems, and methods of enhancing the gameplay of a toy are disclosed herein. For example, the toy can be a remotely controlled vehicle that includes a radio frequency identification (RFID) reader, configured to detect signals generated by a plurality of markers with RFID tags. Each marker of the plurality can be arranged such that the markers define a course for the remotely controlled vehicle. Certain markers can be designated as a starting line, a finish line, and special, which would enable programmable and variable gameplay features and actions of the remotely controlled vehicle. The remotely controlled vehicle can be communicably coupled to a mobile computing device configured to receive and process signals from the vehicle, display metrics associated with the gameplay, enable immediate functioning of special tag features, display metrics, and generate control codes transmitted to the vehicle, which control certain features in accordance with the programmed gameplay.
