METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SUGAR-REDUCED FRUIT JUICE, IN PARTICULAR APPLE JUICE
A method for producing a sugar-reduced fruit juice (S), in particular apple juice, wherein components of the fruit (A) are pressed after an at least partial comminution or fractioning process for obtaining the fruit juice. Prior to the pressing process using solely one part (16) of the fruit flesh; at least one part of the juice (14) obtained from the pressed fruit flesh is subjected to an at least partial sugar-removal method (S5); and the juice (15) obtained from the sugar-removal method is combined or mixed with the juice from the pressing process of the rind (11) and optionally the juice (17) from the remaining part of the fruit flesh, whereby the production of a sugar-reduced fruit juice (S) is made possible while retaining as much of the secondary plant contents as possible.

PEELING METHOD AND PEELING DEVICE
A peeling method includes a first decompression step, a pressure-heating step, and a second decompression step. In the first decompression step, an object with a skin to be peeled is placed in a pressure chamber being sealed, and an inside of the pressure chamber is decompressed to a predetermined first negative pressure state. In the pressure-heating step, the inside of the pressure chamber is pressure-heated to a predetermined pressure-heating state after the first decompression step. In the second decompression step, the inside of the pressure chamber is decompressed to a predetermined second negative pressure state after the pressure-heating step.

Heat treatment apparatus
A heat treatment apparatus is configured to perform a heat treatment on a workpiece while rotating the workpiece. The heat treatment apparatus includes a rotary shaft configured to support the workpiece and on which a discharge nozzle is provided to spray cooling liquid toward the workpiece, a fixing base having a supply port and a discharge port for the cooling liquid, a coupling section coupling the fixing base and the rotary shaft to each other in a relatively rotatable manner, and a detector configured to detect a flow of the cooling liquid discharged from the discharge port. A supply passage and a discharge passage are formed inside the fixing base, the rotary shaft and the coupling section. The supply passage extends from the supply port and to the discharge nozzle. The discharge passage branches from the supply passage inside the rotary shaft and leads to the discharge port.
