Toy Vehicle Playset with Stunt Loop Apparatus
20200261816 · 2020-08-20 ·

A toy vehicle playset comprises a stunt loop apparatus. The stunt loop apparatus has a support, a partial loop portion coupled to the support, and an arcuate portion rotatably coupled to the support. The partial loop portion has an opening and the arcuate portion is configured to rotate between an inlet position and an outlet position within the opening. By rotating the arcuate portion from the inlet position to the outlet position, a continuous pathway is formed that allows a toy vehicle to sequentially travel along the arcuate portion in the inlet position, the partial loop portion, and then the arcuate portion in the outlet position.

Autonomous, gravity-assisted motorized racer configured to travel through non-straight tube segments

A vehicle configured to move through a network of interconnected tubes includes a body, a motor, a motorized wheel, a biasing assembly, and a first element. The motorized wheel directly engages an inner surface of the tubes. The biasing assembly causes the motorized wheel to maintain continuous contact with the inner surface of the tubes during operation. A waist of the vehicle is constrained by an inner diameter (D) of the curved tube, a radius of curvature (R) of the curved tube, and a length (L) of the wheelbase of the vehicle. The waist of the body is sized such that the vehicle can freely move within any of the tubes without getting stuck therein.

A toy vehicle track set includes a base having a first pivotable end and a second pivotable end. A first segment is coupled to the first pivotable end. A first connector has a first hinge, a first tongue and a second tongue. A second segment is hingedly coupled to the first segment by the first connector. A third segment is coupled to the second pivotable end. A second connector has a second hinge, a third tongue and a fourth tongue. A fourth segment is hingedly coupled to the third segment by the second connector. The first and second tongue of the first connector are configured to slidably couple to the first and second segments, respectively, and rotate relative to the first hinge. The third and fourth tongue of the second connector are configured to slidably couple to the third and fourth segments, respectively, and rotate relative to the second hinge.

TOY VEHICLE PLAYSET WITH MANUALLY OPERABLE CAR FEEDER

Disclosed is a toy racetrack having a variety of features that together allow a user to control and effect the travel path of toy vehicles as they travel through the toy racetrack. One or more car feeders are provided as starting points for a toy vehicle that is to be introduced onto a continuous closed loop track. A manually adjustable handle is operatively connected to a toy vehicle release that extends upward into the path of the car feeder, which release blocks a toy vehicle's path until a user deliberately lowers the release through movement of the handle. Movement of the handle in a first direction will lower the release while raising a trigger upward into the path of the car feeder, thus preventing additional cars from entering the closed loop track. Movement of the handle in a second direction will lower the release while keeping the trigger retracted, thus allowing all cars on the car feeder to enter the closed loop track.

A track set for a toy vehicle includes a track portion and an actuatable mechanism. The track portion defines a track path between a first end of the track portion and a second end of the track portion. The actuatable mechanism attempts to capture a toy vehicle as the toy vehicle moves along the track path, between the first end and the second end, in response to select triggerings generated by the toy vehicle traversing the track path. The actuatable mechanism removes the toy vehicle from the track portion when the actuatable mechanism captures the toy vehicle. The actuatable mechanism may include a carriage that captures the toy vehicle. The carriage is initially disposed in a rest position that is off-path from the track path and is selectively movable, along a carriage pathway, to an actuated position that is also off-path from the track path.

A toy vehicle playset includes a base, a platform, and a launcher. The base is configured to support the platform on a support surface, where the platform is rotatably coupled to the base and configured to rotate about a vertical axis with respect to the base. The launcher is coupled to the base via a launch track. The platform includes at least one track disposed within the top surface of the platform, at least one ramp extending upwardly from the top surface of the platform, and at least one overhead track extending from the ramp over the top surface of the platform. The at least one track, at least one ramp, and at least one overhead track form a continuous track on the platform. The launcher is configured to launch a toy vehicle onto the continuous track of the platform as the platform rotates about the vertical axis.

A toy track system for a track vehicle moving within the system includes a track section having pipe track section that are tightly connected to allow the track vehicle to pass through, and a non-track section formed by arrangement other than the track section. The track section includes an outlet end for the track vehicle to temporarily exit the track section and enter into the non-track section, and an inlet end for the track vehicle to return to the track section from the non-track section. A guiding device is provided at the inlet end for guiding the track vehicle to enter a pipe opening of the inlet end from the non-track section. The guiding device includes an end opening that is wider than the pipe opening. The track section further includes connecting devices having two connecting ports for detachably connecting the pipe track sections.
