LIQUID CHILLER SYSTEM WITH EXTERNAL EXPANSION VALVE
A liquid chiller system utilizing a refrigerant capable of possessing a liquid state and a gas/vapor state, the refrigerant being cycled through a closed loop assembly of a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, and an expansion valve external to the evaporator. The compressor may have a lower integrated reservoir and the evaporator may have an upper dedicated reservoir such that separate, dedicated separator or receiver vessels are not required. The condenser may be positioned above the eccentric evaporator such that liquid refrigerant flows by gravity from the condenser to the evaporator.
Condenser with a refrigerant supply for an air-conditioning circuit
A condenser for an air conditioning circuit is disclosed. The condenser has a housing which is connected to a refrigerating fluid reserve by a flange having cylinder shaped tubes, the housing receiving a first heat exchange portion between the refrigerating fluid and a cooling liquid, the first portion being configured to convey the refrigerating fluid to the refrigerating fluid reserve, and a second heat exchange portion which produces a heat exchange complement between the refrigerating fluid and the cooling liquid at the outlet of the refrigerating fluid reserve.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger includes a liquid reservoir configured to separate a gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant flowing out of an upstream heat exchanging portion into a gas-phase refrigerant and a liquid-phase refrigerant and store the liquid-phase refrigerant, and a first adjustment portion and a second adjustment portion configured to adjust an outflow state and an outflow destination of the refrigerant flowing out of a downstream heat exchanging portion or the liquid reservoir. The liquid reservoir includes a liquid reserving portion configured to store the liquid-phase refrigerant, and a gas reserving portion configured to store the gas-phase refrigerant. The first adjustment portion and the second adjustment portion face the liquid reserving portion across the gas reserving portion.
Heat exchanger
A heat exchanger is provided that includes a first tube/fin block, first headers arranged on both sides of the first tube/fin block, which first headers communicate with the tubes of the first tube/fin block, and a second tube/fin block having second headers arranged on both sides of the second tube/fin block, which second headers communicate with the tubes of the second tube/fin block, wherein the first tube/fin block having the corresponding first headers is an air-cooled low-temperature coolant cooler and the second tube/fin block having the corresponding second headers is an air-cooled refrigerant cooler, wherein the headers of the first tube/fin block arranged on a respective side of the tube-fin block and a header of the second tube/fin block are connected to one another.

HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger including a heat exchanger block having first fluid channels and second fluid channels, including a fluid collector, the first fluid channels having a first fluid channel section and a second fluid channel section. A first fluid inlet is provided, which is fluidically connected to the first fluid channel section of the first fluid channels. A first fluid outlet is fluidically connected to the first fluid channel section of the first fluid channels. A second fluid inlet is fluidically connected to the second fluid channel section of the first fluid channels. A second fluid outlet is fluidically connected to the second fluid channel section of the first fluid channels. The fluid collector has a third fluid inlet, a third fluid outlet, and a fourth fluid inlet, which is fluidically connected to the second fluid channels. A fourth fluid outlet is fluidically connected to the second fluid channels.
Two-phase cooling with ambient cooled condensor
An apparatus for cooling a computer system includes a primary cooling loop. The primary cooling loop includes an evaporator configured to cool at least a component of the computer system, an ambient cooled condenser connected to the evaporator, a first pump to provide a coolant flow within the cooling loop, a pressure regulator configured to maintain a selected pressure in the primary cooling loop, and a controller responsive to changes in outdoor ambient conditions and an amount of heat dissipated by the computer system and configured to dynamically adjust the pump and pressure regulator in response thereto.
CONDENSER
The present invention relates to a condenser, and more particularly, to a condenser in which a configuration and an assembly are simplified by forming a condensation region in which plates are stacked and refrigerant is condensed and a super cooling region in which the refrigerant is supercooled, arranging a connection plate to which a gas-liquid separator is coupled between the condensation region and the super cooling region, and forming the refrigerant and cooling water to flow between the condensation region and the super cooling region, in a water cooling condenser.
Modulator For Sub-Cool Condenser
A modulator for a sub-cool condenser assembly including a condenser. The modulator includes a plurality of extruded tubes positioned to convey liquid refrigerant towards an outlet of the modulator.
Condenser cylinder adapted for use in an air-conditioning circuit, more specifically the air-conditioning circuit of an automobile
The invention relates to a condenser receiver adapted to receive and house a fluid used in a cold loop of an air-conditioning circuit. The condenser receiver comprises an outer wall and an inner wall which define an intermediate space, said inner wall defining an inner space for housing the fluid. The intermediate space comprises a static component adapted to store and release a given quantity of heat in order to allow a heat exchange between the static component and the fluid contained in the inner space.
