Liquid Chiller System
20170059217 · 2017-03-02 ·

A liquid chiller system utilizing a refrigerant capable of possessing a liquid state and a gas/vapor state, the refrigerant being cycled through a closed loop assembly of a compressor, an eccentric condenser and an eccentric evaporator. The eccentric compressor has a lower integrated reservoir and the eccentric evaporator has an upper dedicated reservoir such that separate, dedicated separator or receiver vessels are not required. The eccentric condenser is positioned above the eccentric evaporator such that liquid refrigerant flows by gravity from the eccentric condenser to the eccentric evaporator.

Heat exchanger module

A heat exchanger module with a first block of a first heat exchanger, further with a second block of a second heat exchanger, and further with an expansion valve, wherein the first block, the second block and the expansion valve are designed as an interconnected module.

A water cooling radiator pressure regulation structure includes a water cooling radiator and a regulation unit. The water cooling radiator includes a first chamber, a second chamber, and a flow passage unit located between and communicable with the first and the second chamber; and has a cooling liquid contained therein. The regulation unit is communicable with the water cooling radiator, and includes a regulation chamber, a pressure relief section, and a backflow section. The pressure relief section and the backflow section of the regulation unit regulates the cooling liquid when the latter circulates through the regulation unit, relieves pressure caused by thermal expansion, and flows from the regulation unit back to the water cooling radiator.

Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger including a heat exchanger block having first fluid channels and second fluid channels, including a fluid collector, the first fluid channels having a first fluid channel section and a second fluid channel section. A first fluid inlet is provided, which is fluidically connected to the first fluid channel section of the first fluid channels. A first fluid outlet is fluidically connected to the first fluid channel section of the first fluid channels. A second fluid inlet is fluidically connected to the second fluid channel section of the first fluid channels. A second fluid outlet is fluidically connected to the second fluid channel section of the first fluid channels. The fluid collector has a third fluid inlet, a third fluid outlet, and a fourth fluid inlet, which is fluidically connected to the second fluid channels. A fourth fluid outlet is fluidically connected to the second fluid channels.
