GUIDING PANEL FOR CONDENSER, CONDENSER AND REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
A deflector for a condenser. The condenser has an inlet in communication with a compressor, and a deflector for guiding a refrigerant gas flow from the compressor is arranged in the condenser and at a position close to the inlet. The deflector is provided with a deflecting structure projecting toward the inlet, and the deflecting structure is configured as impermeable to the refrigerant gas flow.
Guiding panel for condenser, condenser and refrigeration system
The present utility model relates to a deflector for a condenser. The present utility model further provides a condenser having the deflector for a condenser and a refrigeration system equipped with the condenser. The deflector for a condenser according to the present utility model not only can alleviate the impact of high-temperature high-pressure gas from the compressor but also can reduce noise and vibration.
INTEGRATED OIL SEPERATOR WITH A CONDENSER
A method of manufacturing a condenser with an integrated oil separator. An oil separator bottom plate is fixed with oil separator components in a first condenser dome shell. The oil separator bottom plate is welded using a first longitudinal seam welding and a second longitudinal seam welding. The first condenser dome shell with the oil separator components is coupled with the second condenser dome shell using a third longitudinal seam welding and a fourth longitudinal seam welding to form the condenser with the integrated oil separator.
PHASE CHANGE MATERIAL-COATED HEAT EXCHANGE TUBES
Disclosed herein is a hollow tube comprising two ends, one end adapted to receive a fluid and the other end adapted to discharge the fluid, where the hollow tube has an interior surface and an exterior surface and a curable composition is disposed about at least a portion of the exterior surface of the hollow tube, where the curable composition comprises before cure: a curable component, a thermally conductive component, a phase change material, and a cure system.
COOLING DEVICE
A cooling device includes a cooler disposed inside a shell main body formed in a cylindrical shape, and having a first surface facing an inlet nozzle and an outlet nozzle, and a partition member fixed to the first surface, and partitioning a portion between the cooler and an inner peripheral surface of the shell main body into a first space communicating with the inlet nozzle and a second space communicating with the outlet nozzle. The partition member includes a main partition plate disposed between the inlet nozzle and the outlet nozzle in an axial direction, a first guide portion extending from an end portion of the main partition plate toward a first end surface of the shell main body, and a second guide portion extending from an end portion of the main partition plate toward a second end surface of the shell main body.
Channeled condenser ballast
A condenser for a heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration system includes a condenser shell, a refrigerant inlet located at the condenser shell, and a condenser drain located at the condenser shell. A condenser tube bundle is located in the condenser shell such that a refrigerant flow entering the condenser via the refrigerant inlet passes over the condenser tube bundle before exiting the condenser at the condenser drain. Two or more condenser ballast volumes are located in the condenser shell between the tube bundle and the condenser drain. The two or more condenser ballast volumes are spaced apart to define a channel therebetween. A condenser ballast volume of the two or more condenser ballast volumes has a horizontal top surface.
HEAT EXCHANGER REFRIGERANT DRAIN
A combination refrigeration displacement and drain device is disclosed that can be mounted within a heat exchanger, such as a shell and tube heat exchanger, which may be used for example as a heat exchanger in a chiller unit, which may be used in an HVAC or refrigeration system. One example of such components can include heat exchangers, such as for example a condenser employing a gravity drain. Advantageously, the combination refrigeration displacement and drain device herein can provide a refrigerant charge reduction for example that is used in the chiller unit, while facilitating drainage out of the heat exchanger. The combination refrigeration displacement and drain device can alleviate the liquid refrigerant accumulation that may normally be necessary to induce flow in a gravity drain design.
ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING COOLED AND HEATED LIQUID
A system for producing a cooled liquid and a heated liquid. Such a system may be embodied in the form of a unitary apparatus configured to dispense chilled water and near boiling water for human consumption. In one form, there is provided a system for heating and cooling a liquid, the system including: a liquid cooling unit having a heat output component, and a first liquid heater configured to hold and heat a liquid. The first liquid heater is configured to retain a first body of the liquid about the heat output component such that the liquid is heated, and furthermore that a temperature gradient is formed and maintained within the first body of the liquid.
Redistributing refrigerant between an evaporator and a condenser of a vapor compression system
A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system includes an expansion device disposed between a condenser and an evaporator of a vapor compression system and a control panel communicatively coupled to the expansion device. The control panel is configured to: determine a liquid refrigerant level set point of the condenser based on parameters of the vapor compression system, provide a first control signal to increase an opening of the expansion device in response determining that the current liquid refrigerant level in the condenser is greater than a determined liquid refrigerant level set point of the condenser, and provide a second control signal to decrease the opening of the expansion device in response to determining that the current liquid refrigerant level in the condenser is less than the determined liquid refrigerant level set point of the condenser.
