A heat exchanger includes a heat exchanger shell formed from a first metal material, and a plurality of heat exchanger tubes extending through a plurality of tube openings in the heat exchanger shell. The plurality of heat exchanger tubes are formed from a second metal material different from the first metal material. A galvanic isolator is located at each tube opening of the plurality of tube openings, radially between the tube opening and the corresponding heat exchanger tube of the plurality of heat exchanger tubes. The galvanic isolator is configured to mitigate a galvanic reaction between the heat exchanger shell and the plurality of heat exchanger tubes.

Method for exchanging heat in vapor compression heat transfer systems and vapor compression heat transfer systems comprising intermediate heat exchangers with dual-row evaporators or condensers
A multi-step method is disclosed for exchanging heat in a vapor compression heat transfer system having a working fluid circulating therethrough. The method includes the step of circulating a working fluid comprising a fluoroolefin to an inlet of a first tube of an internal heat exchanger, through the internal heat exchanger and to an outlet thereof. Also disclosed are vapor compression heat transfer systems for exchanging heat. The systems include an evaporator, a compressor, a dual-row condenser and an intermediate heat exchanger having a first tube and a second tube. A disclosed system involves a dual-row condenser connected to the first and second intermediate heat exchanger tubes. Another disclosed system involves a dual-row evaporator connected to the first and second intermediate heat exchanger tubes.
Air Conditioner Oil Separator, Condenser and Air Conditioner
Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an air conditioner oil separator, a condenser, and an air conditioner. The air conditioner oil separator includes: a gas inlet for introducing a refrigerant to be separated, a gas outlet for outputting a separated refrigerant, and a filter component disposed at the gas outlet. The filter component includes: a first filter area; a second filter area, which is closer to the gas inlet than the first filter area; and a third filter area, which is closer to the gas inlet than the second filter region. A separation efficiency of the first filter area for the refrigerant is lower than a separation efficiency of the second filter area for the refrigerant; and/or, a refrigerant separation efficiency of the third filter area for the refrigerant is lower than the separation efficiency of the second filter area for the refrigerant.
Heat exchanger
A condenser includes a shell having a vapor refrigerant inlet, a first tube bundle and a liquid refrigerant outlet. A second tube bundle is positioned in a subcooler component. The subcooler component has a center channel and at least two outer channels and conforms to the shell.
Cooling system
An apparatus includes a flash tank, a load, a first compressor, a coil, a first pipe, and a second compressor. The flash tank stores a refrigerant. The load uses the refrigerant from the flash tank to cool a space proximate the load. The first compressor compresses the refrigerant from the load. The coil within the flash tank receives the refrigerant from the first compressor such that the received refrigerant is within the coil. The refrigerant stored within the flash tank cools the refrigerant within the coil. The first pipe is within the flash tank. The first pipe directs the refrigerant from within the coil out of the flash tank. The second compressor compresses the refrigerant directed out of the flash tank.
INTEGRATED WATER-COOLED AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE
The present invention provides an integrated water-cooled air conditioning device, which comprises a cooling water tank device and an air conditioning system. The cooling water tank device includes a cooling water tank. A water tank region is disposed at the bottom of the cooling water tank for accommodating water. The air conditioning system includes a compressor, a condenser, a regulator, and an evaporator connected sequentially by a refrigerant piping. The condenser is formed by spirally bending the refrigerant piping to a spiral hollow tube in the water tank region. Thereby, the air conditioning system and the cooling-water circulation system can be connected integrally for miniaturization. The shortcomings of long heat dissipation loop, high pressure loss, and large size can be solved. Accordingly, the installation costs can be lowered, and the subsequent maintenance management can be convenient.
Condenser
A condenser for a vapor compression system includes a shell and a tube bundle. The shell has a refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet. The tube bundle includes a plurality of heat transfer tubes disposed inside the shell. Refrigerant discharged from the refrigerant inlet is supplied onto the tube bundle. The heat transfer tubes extend generally parallel to the longitudinal center axis of the shell. The heat transfer tubes are arranged to form a first vapor passage extending generally vertically along a first passage lengthwise direction through at least some of the heat transfer tubes. The first vapor passage has a first minimum width measured perpendicularly relative to the first passage lengthwise direction and the longitudinal axis. The first minimum width is larger than a tube diameter of the heat transfer tubes, and the first minimum width is smaller than four times the tube diameter.
REFRIGERATION AND/OR LIQUEFACTION DEVICE, AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
