CONDENSER

A condenser includes a condensation section, a super-cooling section located above the condensation section, and a liquid receiver. The liquid receiver has a first space communicating with the condensation section through a refrigerant inlet and a second space located above the first space and communicating with the super-cooling section through a refrigerant outlet. A partition member is provided in the liquid receiver in order to divide the internal space of the liquid receive into the first space and the second space. A suction pipe which is open at upper and lower ends thereof and which establishes communication between the first space and the second space is disposed in the first space of the liquid receiver. The partition member has an internal volume adjustment portion for increasing the internal volume of the first space and decreasing the internal volume of the second space.

A Flush Valve is provided that comprises a plug valve located between a first cleanout and a second cleanout. The plug valve further comprises a plug assembly inserted in a pipe fitting. The Flush Valve may be placed in a drain line of a HVAC system resulting in a first section line and a second section line. A force is applied to a knob of the plug valve closing the plug valve, and a cleanout cap removed from each of the first cleanout and the second cleanout, and suction or a pressure applied to dislodge any debris in the first section line connected to the first cleanout and the second section line connected to the second cleanout. The cleanout caps may then be replaced and the force removed decompressing a spring in the plug valve and opening the plug valve allowing the HVAC system to drain.

Liquid reservoir, method for manufacturing same, and compressor having same

A method for manufacturing a liquid reservoir is disclosed. The method includes: preparing a barrel with an open upper end and an open lower end; press-fitting a partition plate into the barrel and welding the partition plate to the barrel by in-furnace brazing; arranging a valve core assembly in a predetermined position within the barrel and press-fitting a limit plate into the barrel to limit the valve core assembly; narrowing the upper end of the barrel to form an air inlet and narrowing the lower end of the barrel to form an air outlet; and coupling an air inlet tube to the air inlet and coupling an air outlet tube to the air outlet.

Receiver drier bottle assembly

A receiver drier bottle assembly (100) includes a plug opening (10) and a screw opening (40) formed on a receiver drier bottle cover (20) to receive a plug (30) and a screw (50) respectively. The plug (30) is formed with a plug cutout (32) that has first threads (32a). The screw opening (40) is partially overlapping the plug opening (10) and extends to a screw-receiving bore (42). The screw-receiving bore (42) is complementary to the plug cutout (32) and is formed with second threads (42a). The screw (50) with external threads (52) formed thereon is disposed partially on the plug cutout (32) to engage with the first threads (32a) and partially on the screw opening (40) to engage with the second threads (42a). Accordingly, the screw (50) immobilizes the plug (30) when the screw (50) is inserted in the screw opening (40).
