The first to the n.sup.th gas-liquid separating units are respectively connected to liquid lines, and the liquid lines communicate with the supply line connected to the heat exchange unit.

Pressure switch and hermetically sealed electric compressor

A pressure switch includes an airtight metallic pressure vessel. A contact mechanism is normally in a closed state and assumes an open state when a pressing force acts thereon. An airtight terminal, provided through an end surface section of the pressure vessel, is connected to the contact mechanism. A metallic first diaphragm is secured to a surface section at one end of the pressure vessel, is moved by a first moving pressure, and is reset by a reset pressure that is lower than the first moving pressure. A first plunger causes the contact mechanism to switch the open state. A metallic second diaphragm is secured to pressure vessel, is moved by a second moving pressure that is higher than the first moving pressure, and is not reset under at least an atmospheric pressure. A second plunger causes the contact mechanism to switch to the open state.

The invention provides an air conditioner control method and device and an air conditioner. The air conditioner control device acquires a current temperature of a chilled water of a unit at a preset period; determine a target load of the unit, a target temperature of a chilled water and a target temperature of a cooling water based on a temperature of the chilled water set by a user and the current temperature of the chilled water; determine an evaporating parameter and a condensing parameter of the unit based on the target load of the unit, the target temperature of the chilled water and the target temperature of the cooling water; and determine operation parameters of a compressor based on the target load of the unit, the evaporation parameter and the condensation parameter. Therefore, the unit can operate based on the operation parameters.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONTROLLING DIFFERENTIAL REFRIGERANT PRESSURE

Systems and methods are provided for controlling compressor systems to ensure sufficient pressure differentials to provide cooling. A compressor system includes a compressor, a suction pressure sensor at a suction of the compressor, a discharge pressure sensor, a condenser, an expansion device, a liquid line, a liquid line pressure sensor, an evaporator, a condenser blower and a controller. The method includes determining a pressure target based on an intermediate pressure within the compressor and a threshold cooling differential pressure value, determining a pressure ratio setpoint based on the pressure target and a liquid line pressure measured by the liquid line pressure sensor, controlling the condenser blower to operate based on the determined pressure ratio setpoint, determining a subcooling setpoint based on the pressure target and the liquid line pressure in the compressor system, and controlling the expansion device to operate based on the subcooling setpoint.

Pressure control device

A pressure control device for controlling a compressor includes a pressure sensor configured to measure pressure of a pressure line and a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to receive the measured pressure of the pressure line from the pressure sensor and control the compressor based on a set-point and the measured pressure. The pressure control device includes a mechanical switch sensitive to the pressure of the pressure line and configured to move between an open position and a closed position responsive to the pressure of the pressure line. Movement of the mechanical switch into one of the open position or the closed position causes the compressor to turn off and overrides the control of the compressor by the processing circuit.
