Insulated Shipping System
An insulating shipping system may include six outer walls configured into a six-sided container; an insulating layer positioned within the outer walls and formed by a plurality of insulating members; and a thermal mass layer positioned within the insulating members and made from a plurality of thermal mass members. The thermal mass members may contain a thermal energy absorbing material. The container also may have a thermal buffer layer configured to fit within the thermal mass layer. All together, these layers form a passive, thermally stabile cargo cavity for transporting temperature-sensitive cargo.

Thermal Container Including a Thermal Unit
In some embodiments, a thermal container may include a thermal tank, a cold source reservoir, and a tube forming a closed loop in contact with the thermal tank and with the cold source reservoir and configured to secure a thermal fluid. The thermal fluid may have a freeze temperature that is below zero degrees Celsius. The thermal container may further include a pump coupled to the tube and configured to circulate the thermal fluid between the cold source reservoir and the thermal tank when a temperature of the thermal tank exceeds a selected temperature. In some embodiments, the thermal container may further include a heating element coupled to the thermal tank and configured to apply heat to the thermal tank when the temperature falls below the selected temperature by more than a threshold amount.
Modular box assembly
A modular box assembly includes a box defining a box cavity within the box, the box further defining a top end and a bottom end, the top end defining a box opening connected to the box cavity, the box including a side panel extending from the top end to the bottom end; a shoulder attached to the side panel, the shoulder extending inward from the side panel and into the box cavity, the shoulder including a first sub-shoulder and a second sub-shoulder, the first sub-shoulder, the second sub-shoulder, and the side panel defining a shoulder channel; and an inner box disposed in the box cavity, the inner box including a channel tab, the channel tab frictionally engaging the shoulder channel to secure and suspend the inner box within the box cavity between the top end and the bottom end.
Low-temperature transport device and production method therefor, and use thereof
A low-temperature transport device is for the purpose of transporting a transport object in a state in which the transport object is kept at a low temperature for a long period of time. The low-temperature transport device includes a thermal insulation container, a plurality of pieces of dry ice disposed in the thermal insulation container so as to cool a transport object, a support member disposed in the thermal insulation container to support the transport object, and a first space formed between the transport object supported by the support member and an inner bottom surface of the thermal insulation container. The first space is filled with the dry ice.
