A manufacturing method for a moisture permeable device suitable for use in a refrigerator where the device includes a corresponding first surface (110) and second surface (111); at least parts of the first surface (110) and the second surface (111) of the moisture permeable device define a hollow cavity (301); through-holes are provided at regions of the first surface (110) and the second surface (111) of the moisture permeable device defining the cavity (301); and regenerated cellulose is accommodated in the cavity (301) includes the steps of pouring a regenerated cellulose slurry with a tackifier added thereto into the cavity (301) to form a moisture permeable film, thus allowing omission of an assembling procedure and a non-woven support.
REFRIGERATOR AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING A LID OF A DRAWER IN A REFRIGERATION COMPARTMENT
A refrigerator includes a drawer in a refrigeration compartment including a support on a wall of the compartment, and a work slot oblique to a lid. The lid opens or closes the drawer and includes a protruding portion on an upper surface and a motion member on a side edge of the lid moving in the work slot. A motor module includes a cam and a motor driving the cam in first rotation, to push the protruding portion to drive the motion member to move obliquely upward along the work slot, so the lid ascends to a first position, and driving the cam in second rotation opposite the first to cause the lid to drive the motion member under gravity obliquely downward along the work slot, so the lid descends to a second position lower than the first in automatically adjustment. A method for lid adjustment is also provided.
Modular humidity control and heat preservation system
A modular humidity control system is provided. An example system includes a body configured for attachment with a food storage housing. The body may define a closed circuit air flow path for circulating air through the food storage housing. The system also includes a desiccant element secured within the closed circuit air flow path that removes moisture from the moisture-laden air passing through the closed circuit air flow path, and stores the removed moisture. The system further includes a regeneration system that monitors a saturation of the desiccant element. In an instance in which the saturation of the desiccant element exceeds a saturation threshold, the regeneration system may evaporate at least a portion of the moisture stored by the desiccant element.
COOLING DEVICE AND COOLING METHOD
To provide a cooling device that can refrigerate foods and stably maintain high humidity without being limited by a region and a period. A cooling device includes a heat exchange unit that performs heat exchange between a refrigerant circulating in a freezer and air circulating in a box and an adjusting unit that maintains a state in which moisture adheres to heat transfer units of the heat exchange unit.
EXTREME VACUUM COOLING WITH ADAPTIVE CHAMBER PRESSURE CONTROL AND ADDED CLEAN AIR
A method and apparatus is disclosed relating to food processing and preparation in commercial kitchens. The disclosed extreme vacuum cooling (EVC) technology and apparatus can work in ultra low pressure conditions with adaptive pressure control to avoid potential liquid splash inside the vacuum chamber caused by un-controlled low pressure conditions. Clean air or inert gas is added into the vacuum chamber so that the chamber pressure can track a setpoint trajectory that may have ramp up periods in order to avoid liquid splash events. The inventive apparatus allows the user to automatically cool various kinds of foods based on a recipe with minimal human interaction and meet food safety regulations. Different cooling recipes can be created based on the type and volume of the foods and a related vacuum pressure setpoint trajectory. High-volume food service kitchens can achieve less labor intensive, more time efficient, and higher throughput food preparation operations.

A refrigerator according to an embodiment includes: a duct dividing the inside of a storage compartment body into a storage compartment and an air channel and having a main discharge port and a sub-discharge port; an air guide dividing the air channel into a first channel communicating with the main discharge port and a second channel guiding air in the first channel to the sub-discharge port; a heat exchanger provided in the first channel; and a fan suctioning air in the storage compartment and sending the air to the first channel. According to the refrigerator, it is possible to maximize the volume of the storage compartment and separately discharge air to the main discharge port and the sub-discharge port, using a simple structure.

A meat-aging apparatus is disclosed. The meat-aging apparatus comprises: a photographing unit for photographing meat stored in the meat-aging apparatus; an illumination unit for irradiating light to the meat; a storage unit for storing recipe information for aging the meat according to the type or state of the meat; and a processor for determining the type or state of the meat on the basis of a photographed image, and controlling the illumination unit to irradiate light to the meat according to the recipe information corresponding to the determined type or state of the meat in order to age the meat.

The internal information acquisition unit acquires, as the internal information, atmosphere information, which is information regarding an atmosphere inside the casing, and the degradation information generation unit generates the information regarding the degradation based on the atmosphere information.

In an air composition adjustment device configured to adjust composition of air in a target space, an air circuit configured to supply air having adjusted composition to the target space is provided with a first passage through which outside air is introduced into an adjuster, and a second passage which is branched from the first passage and through which outside air is introduced into the sensor, and the second passage is provided with a moisture removal portion configured to remove moisture in air introduced into the sensor. This reduces a risk of a failure of the sensor due to contact of the sensor with moisture passed through the passage introducing outside air into the sensor.
