The present invention provides a refrigerator, comprising a storage compartment and a mixed air passage. Both ends of the mixed air passage have air inlets, the middle portion of the mixed air passage comprises a mixed air outlet communicating with the storage compartment, and the mixed air passage is configured to receive air flows from the two air inlets such that two air flows enter the storage compartment in a mixed manner via the mixed air outlet. The refrigerator of this invention comprises a mixed air passage, so that the air in an area of the storage compartment with a relatively high temperature can enter the mixed air passage earlier than external air or the air in the storage compartment with a relatively low temperature. Then, the two air flows are blown to the storage compartment in a mixed manner, realizing even temperature distribution in the storage compartment.

EVAPORATOR AND REFRIGERATOR HAVING THE SAME

An evaporating device includes: an evaporator, a defrost heater, and an evaporation pan, wherein the evaporation pan is made of aluminum and the inner side of the evaporation pan is coated with a surface treatment to improve the melting of ice in the evaporation pan.

Refrigerator

A refrigerator includes a cabinet including a refrigerating compartment and an evaporation chamber, a first door, a housing in the first door, an ice making room defining a cool air inflow hole and a cool air discharge hole, a chiller room defining a cool air discharge hole, a second door connected to the first door, a partition wall defining the ice making room, the chiller room, and a communication hole, a damper opening and closing the communication hole, a cool air supply duct connecting an outlet of the evaporation chamber and the cool air inflow hole to supply cool air of the evaporation chamber to the ice making room, and a cool air return duct having a first inlet connected to the cool air discharge hole of the ice making chamber and a second inlet connected to the cool air discharge hole of the chiller room.

BEVERAGE COOLER

Beverage coolers for storing and cooling bottled beverages. A beverage cooler may include a cooling chamber cooled by a refrigeration system, and openings in the cooling chamber for receiving bottled beverages to be chilled. The openings may have doors and/or seals to minimize heat exchange between the cooling chamber and the environment with or without bottles disposed in the openings. Each of the openings may have a visual indicator, such as a plurality of LEDs, configured to indicate the temperature of the bottle disposed in the opening.

REFRIGERATOR

A refrigerator includes: a storage compartment; an evaporator configured to generate cold air through heat exchange; a duct comprising a channel formed therein and through which the generated cold air flows and a cold air outlet through which the cold air is discharged to the storage compartment; a fan configured to supply the generated cold air to the storage compartment through the channel; and a cold-air control unit provided in the channel and to control a discharging amount of cold air discharged through the cold air outlet. The cold-air control unit includes a damper movable according to strength of the generated cold air supplied by the fan to adjust the cold air outlet.

Methods and systems for a vehicle air conditioning system

Methods and systems are provided for an air conditioning system. An example method of determining current through a compressor suction valve in a vehicle air conditioning (AC) system is provided, the AC system comprises an evaporator fan and the method includes determining the speed of the evaporator fan and determining the current through the suction valve based on the speed of the evaporator fan.

SCROLL CASING OF CENTRIFUGAL FAN, CENTRIFUGAL FAN, AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SCROLL CASING

A scroll casing has a scroll portion, a discharge portion provided with a discharge port, and a tongue portion. An extended plate has, in a cross section obtained by cutting in a thickness direction, a change point, at which an enlargement ratio of an area of the cross section is enlarged so as to be larger on a downstream side than that on an upstream side due to a change of inclination. In the extended plate, an angle θ1, and an angle θ2 satisfy a relationship of either 0≤θ2<θ1 or 0<θ2≤θ1. A distance L1 and a distance L2 satisfy a relationship of L2<L1.
