Refrigeration cabinet
A refrigeration cabinet has an insulated body comprising a rectangular base with an upstanding front wall, rear wall and end walls interconnecting the front wall and rear wall. The body forms an open-topped product chamber. A clear glass or clear plastics lid is mounted by hinges at a top of the rear wall to close the product chamber whilst at the same time allow customers to view chilled or frozen merchandise on display within the product chamber. At one end of the body a refrigeration unit is provided for generating a climate control cold air stream for circulation through the product chamber in order to maintain the merchandise in the product chamber in a chilled or frozen condition as required. An air distribution insert is demountably secured in the product chamber and cooperates with an inner liner of the insulated body to form air circulation ducts for delivery of the cold air stream generated by the refrigeration unit to and from the product chamber to circulate the climate control cold air stream through the product chamber in a controlled manner between a bottom and a top of the product chamber.
CONTAINER APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A container apparatus can include a container and an insert assembly. The insert assembly can include four elongate members. The four elongate members can include light emitting devices for illuminating the interior of the container and/or temperature altering elements for cooling and/or heating the interior of the container. The container can have a rectangular base and a rectangular sidewall extending upwardly from the base. The sidewall can define four corners of the container, and four elongate recesses can be formed in the sidewall proximate the four corners of the sidewall to receive the elongate light members. The recesses can be sized and shaped to conform to the elongate insert members so that the insert members can be releasably retained within the elongate recesses.
FREEZER CABINET AND METHOD FOR ADAPTING A FREEZER CABINET
Disclosed is a freezer cabinet (10) for storing frozen confectionery products, the freezer cabinet comprising: a chamber having an opening substantially sealed by an upper surface panel (18, 20); and a further panel (22, 24) inside the chamber being spaced away from the upper surface panel and substantially parallel to the upper surface panel in at least one direction and creating a quiescent region between the upper surface panel and further panel wherein the quiescent region is in gaseous communication with the air in the chamber. At least part of the upper surface panel and further panel is transparent such that at least part of the inside of the chamber is visible through the upper surface panel and further panel; the upper surface panel comprises at least one slideably openable section (18, 20); the further panel comprises at least one slideably openable section (22, 24); and the chamber comprises a side wall (12, 14) and a coolant evaporator (40) mounted in and/or on the side wall. The height distance (H) between the further panel, measured from the lowest face of the further panel facing the chamber, and the highest part of the evaporator is at least 5 mm.
Cold storage assembly
A cold storage assembly for viewing and accessing frozen goods includes a box, a cooling module, and a lid. The box defines an interior space, is insulated, and has a top that is open. The cooling module is coupled to the box is configured to lower the temperature of the interior space. A shelving module is slidably coupled to the box and is positioned in the interior space. An actuator that is operationally coupled to the shelving module is positioned to selectively lift the shelving module from the interior space so that a user is positioned to selectively position articles on the shelving module. A first window is positioned in a front of the box to allow the user to view the articles that are positioned on the shelving module within the interior space. The lid, which is insulated, is selectively couplable to the box to close the top.
REFRIGERATOR FOR VEHICLE AND VEHICLE
Provided is a refrigerating or warming apparatus. The refrigerating or warming apparatus include a cavity of which at least a portion of a wall is provided as a vacuum adiabatic body, a machine room disposed at a side outside the cavity, a compressor accommodated in the machine room to compress a refrigerator, a first heat exchange module accommodated in the machine room to allow the refrigerant to be heat-exchanged, a second heat exchange module accommodated in the cavity to allow the refrigerant to be heat-exchanged, and a machine room cover which covers the machine room to separate a passage and in which an internal air flow and an external air flow have directions opposite to each other.
Container apparatus and method of using same
A container apparatus can include a container and an insert assembly. The insert assembly can include four elongate members. CAMERA SYSTEM TO MONITOR GOODS IN CABINET
Provided herein is a camera system for installation in a cabinet, preferably a food display cabinet, and a cabinet incorporating the camera system. The camera system allows monitoring of stock levels in the cabinet with reference to a planogram showing specific locations for different products. The camera system can be retrofitted to an existing cabinet or incorporated into the cabinet during manufacture. The camera system includes a strip containing one of more cameras, which attaches to the inner surface of a closure assembly for said cabinet.
REFRIGERATED APPLIANCE WITH DUCTED AIR FLOW
A refrigerated appliance can include a refrigeration system; a first refrigerated portion; a second refrigerated portion positioned below the first refrigerated portion and horizontally adjacent to an evaporating unit of the refrigeration system, the evaporating unit configured to supply air to each of the first refrigerated portion and the second refrigerated portion; a first sensor configured to measure a temperature of air circulated within the first refrigerated portion; a second sensor configured to measure a temperature of air received within the second refrigerated portion; and at least one controller configured to control, at least in part, the temperature of the air received within the first refrigerated portion within a first predetermined temperature range and the temperature of the air received within the second refrigerated portion within a second predetermined temperature range.
