Refrigerator

A refrigerator having a cool air circulation unit for directly supplying heat-exchanged cool air to a storage compartment is disclosed. The cool air circulation unit supplies and discharges the cool air, which has been heat-exchanged in an evaporator, to and from the storage compartment through a flow passage provided inside a partition.

Cabinet reinforcing assembly

A cabinet of an appliance includes an outer wrapper defining opposing first and second sidewalls, a rear wall coupling the first and second sidewalls and an access opening and an inner liner defining an interior. The outer wrapper and the inner liner may define a sealed insulating cavity therebetween that is under vacuum. A plurality of reinforcement brackets may be disposed on the outer wrapper. The plurality of reinforcement brackets are configured to prevent deformation of the cabinet during application of the vacuum to the insulating cavity.

Modular refrigeration system

Exemplary embodiments provide a refrigeration system having an interior space cooled by a plurality of cooling. Each cooling unit is capable of operating either synchronously when in communication with a control panel or under independent operation. Each cooling unit is modularly and replaceable without the use of tools by means of a quick connect system. The cooling units use a heat exchanger cooled by chilled water and make use of an electronic super heat control and electronic expansion valve to regulate the flow of refrigerant for improved efficiency.

Refrigerator

A refrigerator, in particular a domestic refrigerator, has a body and a closure element, which jointly delimit a storage chamber. A seal is provided, which is arranged between the body and the closure element and which is at least partly arranged in a seal receptacle. The seal receptacle has a passage section for bypassing the seal. Accordingly, the passage section has at least two passage channels.

Beverage zone duct for triple evaporator refrigerator

A refrigerator includes an outer wrapper, a fresh food compartment defined by a liner within the wrapper and separated from an interior of the outer wrapper at least along a first side wall of the fresh food compartment to define a void, and a door at least partially enclosing an opening to the fresh food compartment when in a closed position. A door compartment is positioned along the door. The refrigerator further includes an evaporator compartment positioned at least partially within the fresh food compartment and a duct in fluid communication with the evaporator compartment at a first end thereof and in communication with the door compartment a second end thereof. The duct has a first portion that extends laterally from the first end along a portion of the evaporator compartment and a second portion extending through the void along the first side wall of the fresh food compartment.

An appliance having at least a freezer compartment. The appliance may include a pair of freezer doors accessing the freezer compartment. The freezer compartment may include one or more freezer shelves. A mullion may include a movable portion and a fixed portion for sealing the pair of freezer doors.

REFRIGERATOR

A refrigerator includes a main body and a storage compartment provided inside the main body. A heater assembly partitions the storage compartment into a first storage compartment and a second storage compartment. The heater assembly includes a first case provided to define a surface of the first storage compartment, a second case coupled to the first case to form an accommodation space with the first case and provided to define a surface of the second storage compartment, a fixing unit formed on at least one of an inner surface of the first case and an inner surface of the second case, and a surface heater fixed to at least one of the inner surface of the first case and the inner surface of the second case by being coupled to the fixing unit. The surface heater includes a film and a heating wire printed on the film.

APPLIANCE STORAGE ASSEMBLY

An appliance storage assembly includes a storage feature that includes a base and a plurality of walls that extend from the base. The base and the plurality of walls define a storage cavity. A rail assembly includes a rail and a rail slide. The rail slide is coupled to the storage feature and enables the storage feature to move along a length of the rail. A divider includes an upper retaining member and a lower retaining member spaced-apart from one another by at least one connecting member. The upper retaining member defines upper grooves and the lower retaining member defines corresponding lower grooves. A magnet is coupled to the lower retaining member and selectively engages the base of the storage feature.

VACUUM ADIABATIC BODY AND REFRIGERATOR
