A refrigerator may include a cabinet disposed at a storage compartment, a door configured to open and close the storage compartment, a basket configured to accommodate goods, a moving frame coupled to a lower part of the basket, the moving frame being configured to support the basket, and to move vertically at the door in an integrated manner with the basket, a rail disposed at the door, and a supporter disposed between the moving frame and the rail to support the moving frame with respect to the rail.
ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY
The present invention relates to modified household appliances for individuals with limited mobility or have a physical disability. The appliances can be any type of conventional appliances like washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers and others found in households. The appliance has switches for triggering a movable functionality which allows for easy access into the interior of the appliance. In one embodiment, a washing machine features a motorized plate in a drum for providing lifting or pushing/tilting outward to retrieve laundry. In another embodiment, a refrigerator is equipped with a basket and freezer with moveable arms to automatically extend the drawers, shelves or baskets allowing easy access to the items in the housing of the refrigerator.
Cooler
A cooler is provided which has various improvements. The cooler may be a passive cooler or may be actively cooled for providing desirable cooling effects. The cooler may include an accessory system, for example, with bottle or can holders or a post holder which utilizes the weight of the cooler to support a sunshade. The accessory system may be positioned in various locations of the cooler, one location being in a recess which is utilized to open the cooler lid. The smart cooler may also comprise a cushion assembly which may be placed on an upper surface of the lid and may have straps to retain the cushion on the lid. The lid may be formed to accept and retain a cushion retaining feature so that the cushion does not excessively move from the top surface of the lid.

At least one wall includes perforations configured to allow water or ice to pass through the perforations. The four flexible walls are made of silicone, rubber, elastic, or any combination thereof.

Under-shelf storage bin for a refrigerator appliance
A refrigerator appliance includes a chilled chamber and a shelf positioned within the chilled chamber. The shelf is supported by lateral mounting bracket that define support features for an under-shelf storage bin. The support features include mounting pins and/or guide ribs that are configured to engage complementary rollers or hooking protrusions defined on the lateral sides of the storage bin. The support features permit a user to pull the storage bin away from the shelf along a transverse direction and/or pivot the shelf downward along the vertical direction.
Refrigerator and elevation device for refrigerator
An elevation device for a refrigerator drawer includes a lower frame, an upper frame, and a lifting assembly. The lifting assembly includes: a pair of first rods having a first end rotatably coupled to the lower frame and a second end that translates along the upper frame; and a pair of second rods having a first end rotatably coupled to the upper frame and a second end that translates along the lower frame. The second rod is rotatably coupled to and crosses the first rod. The first or second rod is connected to a driving device via the first end of the first or second rod, with the driving device disposed outside the upper frame and the lower frame. The first and second rods are configured to, based on power from the driving device, rotate about their respective first ends to elevate the upper frame relative to the lower frame.

DEVICE FOR SELECTIVELY FREEZING PORTIONS OF BOTTLED BEVERAGES
A freezing device comprising a refrigeration base housing having a refrigeration system therein and a bottle receiver above the refrigeration base housing. The bottle receiver has a top opening for accepting a portion of a bottle of consumable beverage therein such that a top portion of the bottle is not encompassed by the bottle receiver. The bottle receiver has an air space between at least one sidewall of the bottle receiver and the bottle. The refrigeration system cools the space within the bottle receiver for freezing a bottom portion of the consumable beverage encompassed by the bottle receiver.
