Method and apparatus for cooling of milk
A method for cooling milk in a milking arrangement, and a milk cooling apparatus of the milking arrangement that has a coolant circuit for heat exchange between milk and a coolant and a refrigerant circuit for heat exchange between a refrigerant and the coolant, where the method includes controlling the refrigerant circuit to maintain a predefined temperature range, receiving a first signal relating to commencement or increase of a milk flow from a milking system of the milking arrangement, starting or increasing circulation of coolant in the coolant circuit, and leading the milk flow through the milk cooling apparatus.
Reversible flow evaporator system
A reversible flow heat exchange system includes a heat exchanger system that includes a canister configured to receive a first fluid from a machine and a heat exchanger disposed within the canister. The reversible flow heat exchange system also includes a cooling system coupled to the heat exchanger and configured to circulate a second fluid between the heat exchanger system and the cooling system and a reversing valve coupled to the heat exchanger and configured to selectively direct a flow of the first fluid in a first direction through the canister and in a second direction through the canister that is opposite the first direction.
Beverage making apparatus
A beverage-making apparatus includes a fermentation tank assembly including a fermentation tank having an opening formed therein and a fermentation tank cover configured to open and close the opening. The beverage-making apparatus also includes a refrigeration cycle apparatus including a compressor, a condenser, an expansion device, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle apparatus is configured to circulate a refrigerant therethrough and to control a temperature of the fermentation tank as the evaporator is disposed at the fermentation tank. The beverage-making apparatus further includes a heat insulating wall surrounding both the fermentation tank and the evaporator.
Stirrer to cool or warm liquids
This invention relates to an article that evenly cools a liquid in a container such as, for example, milk in an infant bottle, in a relatively short amount of time, without diluting the liquid. This abstract is intended as a scanning tool for purposes of searching in the particular art and is not intended to be limiting of the present invention.
Apparatus for the Rapid Cooling of Packaged Beverages
An apparatus for the rapid cooling of packaged beverages that includes a thermally insulated immersion tank capable of containing a liquid refrigerant and an evaporator coil placed within the tank, where the container will be submerged while held by gripping means connected to a vertical rotation axis mounted on a vertically movable cart, both driven by driving means under the control of a control unit that commands a series of sequential steps such as driving the rotation of said axial rotation axis within a predetermined speed range and period of time followed by slowing down of the rotation of said axial rotation axis at a predetermined speed with a simultaneous vertical reciprocating movement of the container by means of the vertically movable cart for a predetermined period of time as many times as established by the control unit.
COOLING APPARATUS HAVING INCREASED COOLING EFFICIENCY
The present invention relates to a cooling apparatus, having increased cooling efficiency, which has a cooling rod passing through the inside of a storage receptacle such that an object to be cooled stored inside the storage receptacle is cooled by means of the cooling rod, and in which the cooling rod or the storage receptacle is filled with an auxiliary cooling solution for increasing the cooling efficiency, thereby cooling the inside of the storage receptacle to a predetermined temperature even in an environment with a high external temperature.
Cooling unit for water purifier
Disclosed herein is a water purifier including a coolant tank configured to store coolant, a partitioning plate configured to partition an internal space of the coolant tank into an upper space and a lower space and having a grid rib formed therein to enable coolant of the upper space and coolant of the lower space to circulate, a cold water pipe disposed in the lower space, an evaporator disposed in the upper space, and an agitator disposed inside the coolant tank, wherein the partitioning plate includes an outer water flow guide sleeve extending downwardly from a bottom surface thereof.
Precooler Apparatus for Cooling Beerwort
A precooler apparatus and method for using the same, used in combination with a downstream heat exchange system for increasing the speed of cooling beerwort and enabling a lower final temperature of the cooled beerwort. The precooler is a closable portable unit equipped with various potential configurations involving inlets, outlets, conduit, connections and valves. The precooler exhibits a chamber for holding cooling media, which may be readily recharged. The inlet to the precooler apparatus accepts a cooling water solution, which may be either passed through the interior chamber and through the cooling media or configured to bypass the cooling media within the interior chamber, before being routed to the outlet of the precooler apparatus and subsequently to a heat exchange system.
Water purifier
Disclosed herein is a water purifier, in which a partitioning container is detachably mounted on the bottom surface of a tank cover, and an agitator is inserted into the partitioning container to be connected to an agitating motor mounted in the tank cover in a state where the partitioning container is mounted on the bottom surface of the tank cover. By this structure, the inner diameter of the partitioning container may be less than the outer diameter of the blade of the agitator.
Devices for cooling beverages
Devices for cooling beverages in cooperation with a compressed gas cartridge. The devices include a housing, a head, a working fluid, and a release mechanism. The housing defines a chamber complementarily configured with the compressed gas cartridge to receive the compressed gas cartridge. The head couples to the housing and defines an interior void in fluid communication with the chamber. The working fluid is contained with the interior void of the head. The release mechanism is operably connected to the housing and configured to selectively release compressed gas from the compressed gas cartridge into the interior void of the head. The compressed gas cools the working fluid when the compressed gas is selectively released from the compressed gas cartridge and contacts the working fluid in the interior void. The head is configured to be placed in a beverage to cool the beverage.
