REFRIGERATOR
Proposed is a refrigerator. The refrigerator may include: one or more main doors open and closed, while sealing a storage room of the refrigerator, and having convenience space and a dispenser provided therein; sub-doors open and closed, while sealing the convenience space, and connected to the main doors; and an ice making room connected to one side main door to supply water or ice to the dispenser.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator includes an inner case defining a storage chamber, a door disposed at a front portion of the inner case and defining a storage space therein, a cool air distribution device disposed inside the inner case and defining a box inlet portion configured to receive cool air, a multi-duct disposed in the inner case and defining discharge holes configured to discharge a first portion of cool air in the cool air distribution device to the storage chamber, and a duct assembly that extends from the cool air distribution device toward the door and that is configured to carry a second portion of cool air in the cool air distribution device. The inner case defines a case inlet at the front portion of the inner case, and the case inlet is configured to communicate with the duct assembly and supply the second portion of cool air to the storage chamber.
Ice storage apparatus and method of use
A refrigerator is provided. The refrigerator includes a body having a storage compartment, an ice making device, and an ice bucket to store the generated ice. The ice bucket includes an ice bucket body, an ice storage space inside the ice bucket body, and a spacing member to allow ice to be spaced apart from the ice bucket body toward the ice storage space to secure a flow path of cool air, so that the cool air smoothly flows inside the ice bucket body. A full-ice detecting sensor having an emitter and a receiver to receive optical signals is provided. A control unit determines a full-ice status by receiving an output value of signals received from the full-ice detecting sensor.
REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCE WITH MULTIPLE ZONE FLEXIBLE CHAMBER IN DOOR
A refrigerator appliance includes a cabinet that defines a chilled chamber. A door is rotatably mounted to the cabinet at a front portion of the chilled chamber. The door rotates between a closed position and an open position. The door also includes an outer casing comprising a thermally insulated wall and a mullion positioned within the outer casing. A first flexible chamber and a second flexible chamber are defined by the outer casing and the mullion. A front panel is rotatably mounted to the outer casing of the door such that the front panel of the door permits access to the first flexible chamber and the second flexible chamber.
Household cooling appliance with an ice tray and a cooling device in a door
A household cooling appliance has a housing with a receiving space for food, a door for closing the receiving space, wherein the door is movably arranged at the housing, an ice maker with an ice tray, wherein the ice maker with the ice tray is arranged in the door, a first cooling device, which is arranged at the door and by which the ice tray is cooled, wherein the first cooling device comprises a waste heat unit by which the waste heat resulting from the cooling of the ice tray can be dissipated, and a second cooling device, which is arranged at the housing and by which the receiving space is cooled. The waste heat unit of the first cooling device is thermally coupled with the second cooling device such that the waste heat of the waste heat unit can be transferred to the second cooling device.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator includes a cabinet including a refrigerating compartment and an evaporation chamber, a first door, a housing in the first door, an ice making room defining a cool air inflow hole and a cool air discharge hole, a chiller room defining a cool air discharge hole, a second door connected to the first door, a partition wall defining the ice making room, the chiller room, and a communication hole, a damper opening and closing the communication hole, a cool air supply duct connecting an outlet of the evaporation chamber and the cool air inflow hole to supply cool air of the evaporation chamber to the ice making room, and a cool air return duct having a first inlet connected to the cool air discharge hole of the ice making chamber and a second inlet connected to the cool air discharge hole of the chiller room.
ICE-MAKING COMPARTMENT FOR AN APPLIANCE
An appliance ice-making compartment includes a housing which defines an inlet aperture and an outlet aperture. A first ice tray is disposed at a first height within the housing. A second ice tray is disposed at a second height within the housing where the first height is closer to a top of the housing compared to the second height. The second ice tray is closer to the inlet aperture compared to the first ice tray. An inlet duct is in fluid communication with the inlet aperture and configured to direct air toward the first ice tray and the second ice tray.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator including a housing mounted at a rear surface of a door to define a storage space of food, a basket disposed inside the housing, a duct extending to the housing from one side of an evaporator to supply cold air generated by the evaporator into the storage space of the housing, and a fan assembly coupled to the duct to allow the cold air to be forcibly supplied.
REFRIGERATOR
Provided is a refrigerator. The refrigerator includes a cabinet including an inner case defining a storage compartment, an outer case surrounding the outside of the inner case, and an insulation material provided between the inner case and the outer case, a storage compartment door opening and closing the storage compartment, a cold air duct provided in the storage compartment and disposed in an upper side of the storage compartment to discharge cold air to the storage compartment, and a guide duct disposed outside the inner case to communicate with the cold air duct and extending to the storage compartment door to guide the cold air received from the cold air duct to the storage compartment door.
Airflow containment device for an ice maker
A refrigerator having an ice maker in the door, an ice maker air duct in the ice compartment door, and an inlet and a plurality of flutes. The inlet is in fluid communication with the duct outlet and the flutes are configured to separate an air flow through the ice maker air duct into substantially evenly distributed air flows. Each of the plurality of flutes terminate proximate a row of ice wells.
