20240401867 · 2024-12-05 ·

A refrigerated device includes a compartment including an access door. A refrigeration circuit for cooling the compartment includes an evaporator coil with an associated evaporator fan and a condenser with an associated condenser fan. A temperature sensor is provided for indicating a compartment temperature within the compartment. A controller is configured to: (i) monitor the compartment temperature in order to approximate a number of door openings, (ii) compare the approximated number of door openings to a data point and (iii) take a control action based upon a certain result of the comparison.

Drainage cap and cold storage

A drainage cap includes: a body part configured to be inserted to a drainage outlet; and a flange part provided at the body part, and including a notch and an opposing part at a peripheral portion of the flange part, the opposing part being configured to face a peripheral portion of the drainage outlet.

Refrigerator

A refrigerator includes: an inner case defining a storage room; an outer case coupled to an outer side of the inner case; an insulator between the inner case and the outer case; an evaporator disposed on a rear inner surface of the inner case; and a drain device disposed below the evaporator and configured to drain defrost water falling from the evaporator, wherein the drain device may include: an upper insulator disposed on the rear inner surface of the inner case; a drain housing disposed below the upper insulator and through with the defrost water is drained; and a middle insulator disposed on a lower portion of the upper insulator, such that the drain housing is between the upper insulator and the middle insulator, the middle insulator including a fixing portion to which the drain housing is fixed.

Vacuum insulated structure with a series evaporator

A refrigeration unit includes a cabinet with a refrigerator compartment, a freezer compartment, and a machine compartment. The cabinet includes a mullion region between the refrigerator compartment and the freezer compartment, a first pass-through therethrough providing access from an external environment to the refrigerator compartment, and a second pass-through therethrough providing access from the external environment to the freezer compartment. The cabinet further includes a third pass-through extending through the mullion region, and a refrigerant system. The refrigerant system includes a three-way valve configured to direct a refrigerant down a first flow path or a second flow path, the refrigerant in the first flow path flows through the first pass-through, a first evaporator, the third pass-through, and the second evaporator, and the refrigerant in the second flow path flows through the second pass-through and the second evaporator.

Fixing clip and refrigerator

A fixing clip, comprising a body portion, and a clamping portion provided with a first clamping section and a second clamping section, which respectively extend forwards from opposite ends of a front side of the body portion, wherein a space for accommodating a pipeline is defined between the first clamping section and the second clamping section; and a flexible member is arranged on an inner side surface of the first clamping section and/or an inner side surface of the second clamping section. Further disclosed is a refrigerator. The fixing clip and a pipeline of an evaporator are fixed more tightly, such that the evaporator is fixed more stably in a refrigerator body.
