VACUUM ADIABATIC BODY AND REFRIGERATOR
A vacuum adiabatic body includes a conductive resistance sheet which blocks heat conduction between plate members, and a sealing frame which covers the conductive resistance sheet. The sealing frame includes a side surface part, an outer surface part which is bent and extends from a side of the side surface part, and an inner surface part which is bent and extends from the other side of the side surface part. The sealing frame is provided as a configuration of a concave groove in which the width between the outer surface part and the inner surface part is smaller than the width of the side surface part. According to the present invention, a peripheral portion of the vacuum adiabatic body can be stably maintained.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator includes a cabinet, in which a cooling chamber and at least one storage space are defined, the cooling chamber being arranged at the bottom of the cabinet and directly below the storage space; a door body, which is arranged on a front surface of the cabinet so as to operably open and close the storage space; an evaporator, which is wholly horizontally placed in the cooling chamber in the shape of a flat cube, and is configured to provide cooling capacity to the storage space; and a liquid storage bag, which is arranged in the cooling chamber and connected to the evaporator. An included angle between a center line of the liquid storage bag and a horizontal line is 1° to 89°. A foam layer and a housing of the refrigerator may block the sound transmission of flow of a liquid refrigerant, to achieve a good sound insulation effect.
REFRIGERATOR AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A refrigerator includes a cabinet forming a storage space, a main door that opens and closes the storage space while defining an opening part that is in communication with the storage space, a sub-door mounted to the main door and configured to open and close the opening part, the sub-door including a panel assembly for allowing selective viewing of an inside of the opening part, the injection port is provided at a lower side of the sub-door to direct an insulating foaming solution to a space in the sub-door, a detection device for detecting an operation of a user, a lighting unit inside the refrigerator that turns on based on user operation to allow selective viewing of the inner side of the opening part, and a display unit inside the refrigerator at a position corresponding to the panel.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator which comprises: a storage compartment, a door to open and close the storage compartment, a storage tank in the storage compartment, the storage tank being provided to store water supplied from an external water supply source, and a dispenser, having a case connectable to the storage tank, to discharge water stored in the storage tank while the case is connected to the storage tank, the dispenser being attachable to and detachable from a rear surface of the door facing the storage compartment.
Refrigerator including a heater
The present disclosure relates to a refrigerator with improved productivity and quality by using a planar heater. The refrigerator includes a main body having a storage compartment, a door rotatably coupled to the body to open and close the storage compartment, and a planar heater installed on the door to prevent dew condensation from being generated on the door, wherein the planar heater is formed in a film form to be attached to the door.
Refrigerator
Disclosed herein is a refrigerator in which the structure of a door is improved. The refrigerator includes a main body having a storage compartment, a door rotatably coupled to the main body to open or close the storage compartment and having a door frame, a coupling member coupled to the door frame, and a door handle coupled with the coupling member in a sliding manner.
Low-profile refrigerator/freezer
The present invention is directed to a low-profile refrigerator/freezer. The refrigerator/freezer may comprise a housing, a refrigerator door, a freezer door, divider walls, operator controls, and a refrigeration subsystem. The refrigerator/freezer may be adapted for use by a wheelchair-bound user. The housing may be less than or equal to 38 inches high, less than or equal to 42 inches wide, and less than or equal to 18 inches deep such that the wheelchair-bound user may be able to reach an interior space of the refrigerator/freezer from a wheelchair. A refrigerator compartment and a freezer compartment may be side-by-side such that the refrigerator compartment and the freezer compartment provide the same visibility. The operator controls may be placed within reach of the wheelchair-bound user. The refrigerator/freezer may be mounted on a plurality of caster wheels. Two front wheels may comprise brakes for safety.
EMBEDDED REFRIGERATOR
An embedded refrigerator which includes a cabinet, a door, and a hinge assembly, the hinge assembly includes a first hinge part, a second hinge part and a switching assembly; when the door is in an opening process, the first hinge part moves relative to the switching assembly, and then, the second hinge part moves relative to the switching assembly; the hinge assembly drives the door to rotate in situ relative to the cabinet, and then drives the door to continuously rotate in situ relative to the cabinet. The refrigerator can increase an opening-closing freedom degree of the door, and various motion tracks may be generated to adapt to various application scenarios.
Refrigerator and transparent panel assembly for refrigerator
The present disclosure relates to a refrigerator and a transparent panel assembly for a refrigerator. The transparent panel assembly for a refrigerator comprises: a front panel defining at least a part of a front appearance of a refrigerator door and made of a glass material; a rear panel defining at least a part of a rear appearance of the refrigerator door and made of a transparent material; and an intermediate member connected between the front panel and the rear panel and made of a transparent plastic member, wherein the intermediate member comprises: an edge portion having both ends connected to a screening area formed at peripheries of the front panel and the rear panel; and a partition portion formed to cross an inner surface of the edge portion to partition a gap between the front panel and the rear panel to thereby form a sealed insulation layer.
Appliance hinge assembly
A cabinet structure includes a wrapper defining an opening. At least one liner is positioned inside the opening of the wrapper and defines a temperature-controlled compartment. An insulation cavity is defined between the wrapper and the liner. A trim breaker is coupled to the wrapper and the liner. A first hinge bracket is positioned outwardly of the trim breaker. An encapsulation member is positioned rearwardly of the trim breaker and defines an encapsulation cavity. A first hinge support has a first section positioned along a second hinge support and a second section extending rearwardly from the first section. The first hinge bracket is coupled to the first and second hinge supports.
