An insulating device can include an aperture having a waterproof closure which allows access to the chamber within the insulating device. The closure can help prevent any fluid leakage into and out of the insulating device if the insulating device is overturned or in any configuration other than upright. The closure also prevents any fluid from permeating into the chamber if the insulating device is exposed to precipitation, other fluid, or submersed under water. This construction results in an insulating chamber impervious to water and other liquids when the closure is sealed.

A modular cooler assembly that includes: a cooler base, where the cooler base defines an insulated housing; a lid, where the lid covers the cooler base; and a carrying case. The insulated housing defines a receptacle with a closed bottom, closed sides and an open top, wherein the lid defines a planar body sized to cover the open top of the insulated housing to form an enclosure. The lid is hingedly attached to the insulated housing, adapted to hinge between an enclosure position and a flipped position. The lid may further include a pull out drawer, a pair of flip drawer locks and a drawer handle.

A system for holding multiple beverage containers may include a cooler or carrier with toting handles, closing tabs, and base. The base may be formed from a molded plastic, rubber, nylon, or synthetic rubber material. The base may also include feet that hold the base a sufficient height from the ground. The base may have a drain hole located in the base. Extending up from the base may be a multi-layer soft-sided wall where different layers perform different desired functions. For example, an inside layer closest to the internal cavity may be a waterproof layer, a middle layer may be an insulating layer, and an external layer may be a decorative layer. Within the cooler or carrier may be one or more silos with a mating plug within the silo. The silo may be generally cylindrical in shape and configured to accept a beverage container in a manner that allow a beverage within the container to be accessed from outside the cooler.

An insulating device can include a body assembly and a lid assembly where an insulating layer is connected to both the body assembly and the lid assembly. An aperture with a closure is formed between the body assembly and lid assembly to form a storage compartment. The insulating layer on the lid assembly may extend beyond the closure when the closure is sealed. The insulating layer on the lid assembly may have an insulating ring that has an increased thickness around its perimeter.

A wine dispenser that includes a wine refrigerator unit having at least two independent temperature-controlled compartments, each one of the two compartments having a plurality of supports to support a wine container, and a wine dispenser unit residing atop the wine refrigeration unit, the wine dispenser unit including a plurality of fountain heads, each one of the plurality of fountain heads being connected to a respective fluid-tight wine supply line that extends from the fountain head to an interior of a respective one of the two independent temperature-controlled compartments.

A cooler and heater bag includes a dry storage compartment, a cold storage compartment inside the dry storage compartment, a bottle warming compartment inside the dry storage compartment, a flexible shoulder strap having a first end anchored to the dry storage compartment, and a fastener attached to the dry storage compartment as well as anchored to a second end of the shoulder strap respectively. The fastener and the second end of the shoulder strap contemporaneously move along a bidirectional linear path defined along a top surface of the dry storage compartment. The dry storage compartment is in fluid communication with one of the cold storage compartment and the bottle warming compartment. The first side wall is oppositely spaced from the second side wall wherein each of the first side wall and the second side wall are located inside the dry storage compartment.

A nesting system for securing a container is disclosed. The container could be a soft-sided backpack style cooler. Such a system may include a cooler with a sidewall, a top, a base, a vertical axis extending from the base to the top, and an insulated interior region. The base may have a bottom plate portion with at least one protrusion extending down from bottom plate portion and one or more holes formed through protrusion orthogonal to the vertical axis. The protrusion could be a wall that extends downward from the bottom plate portion of the base around the entire perimeter of the base. In addition, the protrusion could have an irregular profile with feet that extends further down then the rest of the wall. The system may also include a nesting platform with a bottom tray and a vertical wall extending up from the bottom tray. The bottom tray and vertical wall may be sized to allow the base to fit within tray and vertical wall. In addition, a spring-loaded pin may be attached to the vertical wall and configured to take a receded pin position when the spring is compressed and an extended pin position when the spring is at equilibrium. A receded pin position might be one that allows a protrusion from the base of the container, which could be a cooler, to engage with the nesting platform such that holes formed through the base are aligned with the spring-loaded pins. In so doing, the spring-loaded pins may be released and capable of assuming an extended pin position in which the pins extend at least partially through holes and effectively secure the container and its base to the nesting platform.

This invention relates to an improved freeze pack system that can instantly freeze any sports drink, electrolyte drink, or beverage into ice cold slush. The system comprises a pouch having central compartment and two compartments on the periphery of the pouch. The edible food item or beverage can be placed inside of the central compartment and the cold packs are placed inside the outer compartments that surround it from outside.

A therapeutic purse configured with a therapeutic device including a cushion, or a thermal pouch is provided. The therapeutic purse is an enclosure having an interior volume and at least one opening to the interior volume and a closure feature. In one embodiment, the interior volume of the purse comprises a therapeutic pocket configured for containing a therapeutic device. In yet another embodiment, the therapeutic purse comprises a hot or cold pouch that may comprise a substance that may be transferred into a conduit coupled to the strap.
