Keg management system for walk-in refrigerators
Handling and storage of beer kegs in walk-in coolers used in the food/beverage industry. The invention utilizes a track system with an electric hoist to lift and stack kegs anywhere within the defined beer cooler. The invention is designed to optimize the keg storage footprint and better organize keg rotation. With the optional digital scale, the end user can take the guess work out of calculating partial kegs for precise inventory control.
Dispensing Appliance Provided with a Disposable Cooling Cartridge
A beverage dispensing apparatus comprises a container containing a beverage and further comprises a dispensing tube composed of three sections: (A) A cartridge formed by a frame defining a perimeter of an inner area and supporting in said inner area a channel forming a serpentine; (B) An upstream dispensing tube section fluidly connecting the interior of the container to an inlet of the channel; (C) A downstream dispensing tube section fluidly connecting an outlet of the channel to a tapping valve; and (D) A beverage dispensing appliance provided with a cooling unit comprising a first and second cooling plates separated from one another by a distance defining an insertion slot, wherein the distance separating the first from the second cooling plates can be varied, from a loading distance, d0, allowing the introduction of the cartridge into the slot, to a cooling distance, dc<d0, wherein the first and second surfaces cooling plates contact the channel and apply a pressure thereon deforming the channel.
Non-electric temperature-controlled basin
A non-electric temperature-controlled basin for cooling cast parts, the basin being provided with a liquid, a level sensor, a temperature sensor, and a heat exchanger; and a method for cooling the cast parts.
INSULATING AND REFLECTIVE COVER FOR AN ICE BARREL
An ice barrel cover that comprises a top cover, a body wrap, and a binding device. The top cover and the body wrap may have a reflective outer layer, an insulation layer, and an inner layer. The body wrap reflective layer and said top cover reflective layer are smooth and have an albedo in the range of approximately 0.80 to approximately 1.00. When the top cover and the body wrap are donned on to an ice barrel, a rate of temperature increase in the ice barrel is lowered due to the top cover reflective outer layer, the body wrap reflective outer layer, the body wrap insulation layer, and the top cover insulation layer.
Freezable cooler partition
The device includes a disk having a central aperture therethrough, wherein the disk defines an interior volume about the central aperture. The disk is dimensioned to partition a cooler into an upper compartment and a lower compartment. A regulator includes an upper portion and a lower portion, wherein the lower portion is removably securable within the central aperture. An opening is disposed within the upper portion and is in fluid communication with a channel extending through the regulator. An elongated rod having an upper end opposite a lower end is removably securable to the upper portion of the regulator. A platform is disposed on the upper end of the elongated rod.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR A BEVERAGE DISPENSING SYSTEM
A beverage dispensing system includes a cabinet with a dispensing station. The cabinet includes therein a refrigeration system, a cooling fluid system, and a refrigerated compartment having therein a cooling system and a beverage source coupled with the dispensing station. The cooling fluid system circulates a cooling fluid through the refrigeration system such that the refrigeration system cools the cooling fluid. The cooling fluid system further normally circulates the cooling fluid through the dispensing station to cool beverage therein. The cooling fluid system directs the cooling fluid from the dispensing station to the cooling system when necessary to cool the refrigerated compartment. A beverage fluid system resides in the cooling fluid system between the beverage source and the dispensing station such that the cooling fluid system cools beverage flowing through the beverage fluid system prior to delivery of beverage to the dispensing station for dispensing therefrom.
Insulated Container
A container is defined as having a body with by a cylindrical sidewall and preferably formed from stainless steel. The body includes an inside wall, an outside wall, and first and second open ends. The inside and outside walls are spaced from one another to define an insulation space within the sidewall. A bottom cap is removably attachable to and closes the first end of the sidewall. A top cap is removably attachable to and closes the second end of the sidewall. The bottom cap and top cap combine with the sidewall to create an interior storage volume. Both ends of the sidewall may serve as a dispensing opening for the container by proper positioning of and removal of the respective cap.
Unique self-pressurizing, self-cooling beverage system, having impact-and-vibration-absorbing systems, anti-shaking anti-rolling clamping system, root-beer-float system, beverage-dispensing system, and multi-height spigot system
A portable CO2 based cooler and beverage dispensing system for pressurizing and cooling beverage tanks, comprises a vibration-absorbing portable shell with a snap on removable tray for holding beverage containers and ice-cream-recesses, two growler-vibration-absorbing circular springs molded on the shell bottom for absorbing vibration from transportation and for holding and separating two beverage tanks, a tank-vibration-absorbing circular spring molded on the shell bottom for absorbing vibration from transportation and for holding a pressurized tank, a clamping system for clamping on and stabilizing two beverage growlers and a pressurized tank for transportation, two multi-height spigots, two height-adjustable telescopic posts, and a retractable height-adjustable spigot-locking handle attached the two posts and having two spigot-locking receptacles molded thereon for locking and adjusting the multi-height spigots to multiple different heights.
