A balloon anchor and a table top centerpiece for anchoring a balloon filled with a substance that is lighter than the surrounding ambient air is disclosed. The centerpiece has a bottom wall and one or more sidewalls. The centerpiece provides a fill material receiving space for receiving decorative fill material below the rim. The bottom wall has a balloon anchor member.

A lighting device is provided. The lighting device may include a base operable to support the lighting device in an upright position. A translucent rod includes an elongated body having a bottom end and a top end. The bottom end is attached to the base. A light emitting bulb is positioned to emit light into the bottom end of the translucent rod. A power supply may provide power to the light emitting bulb. A balloon may be secured to the top end of the rod.

The invention includes methods and apparatus for bisected and/or partially bisected helium-free balloons that may be secured over an extended stationary structure such as an extended pole and/or lamp-post such that the secured balloon gives the appearance of being whole or un-bisected. Some embodiments may include an continuous and/or continuous air-fed balloon system. Additional embodiments include improved methods for elevating and/or coupling a bisected and/or partially bisected helium-free balloon an extended stationary structure such as an extended pole and/or lamp-post.

A balloon gun comprising a hollow cylindrical body, one or more hand grips attached to the cylindrical body, a release trigger pivotally mounted on one of the hand grips or on the hollow cylindrical body and a balloon attaching mechanism. A balloon inflated with a fluid can be inserted inside the hollow cylindrical body and the inflated balloon is held by the balloon attaching mechanism. When the trigger is pressed the neck of the inflated balloon gets released from the balloon attaching mechanism and by the difference in fluid pressure that exists between the inside and outside of the balloon, the fluid rushes out of the balloon once the neck gets released from the balloon attaching mechanism and the force of the fluid coming out of the inflated balloon pushes the balloon forward and the balloon flies till the fluid pressures inside and outside of the balloon get equalized.

The inventive technology disclosed herein includes methods and apparatus for novel and unique helium-free balloon support assemblies as well as complementary support systems that may be used to display one or more helium-free balloons.

The invention generally relates to a modular balloon support system that may be used to generate customizable geometric balloon clusters and displays that may be used for marketing, promotional, advertising, and decorative displays among others.

The general inventive technology in this application includes methods and apparatus for producing a modular balloon cluster. Such modular balloon clusters may include a plurality of helium-free balloons coupled with a central modular adaptor forming a cluster. In certain cases, multiple modular adaptors may be positioned on a display pole and may even be positioned in an offset manner forming a continuous spiral balloon cluster display.

A balloon and floral centerpiece kit includes a plurality of interlocking extension members that secure together to form any number of different shapes. A base unit is removably secured to the bottommost extension member. The base unit including a main body, a lid and a shaft connection member. A topper is removably secured to the top end of the uppermost extension member.
