ELECTRONICALLY COOLED CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
A electronically cooled container assembly for cooling a beverage includes a base is positionable on a support surface. A thermoelectric cooling coil is positioned within the base and the thermoelectric coiling coil is in thermal communication with the base. The thermoelectric cooling coil absorbs heat from the base when the thermoelectric cooling coil is turned on thereby cooling the base. A pitcher for containing a beverage is provided and the pitcher is comprised of a translucent material. The pitcher is positionable on the base such that the pitcher is in thermal communication with the base. Moreover, the thermoelectric cooling coil cools the pitcher when the thermoelectric cooling coil is turned on for cooling the beverage.
Refrigerator with automatic liquid dispenser
A refrigerator includes a cabinet defining a fresh food compartment and a door pivotally mounted to the cabinet and including an interior surface in communication with the fresh food compartment when the door is closed. A shelf unit is disposed adjacent the interior surface of the door, and a container is supported by the shelf unit. A fill mechanism is positioned vertically above the container and the container is configured to receive liquid from the fill mechanism. A sensor is configured to sense a property of the container or liquid received in the container. A control is in communication with the sensor and regulates a dispensing of liquid into the container based upon the sensed property. The sensor utilizes a magnetic sensing element located adjacent to the container.
AUTOFILL PITCHER ASSEMBLY WITH HIDDEN VENTING
An autofill pitcher assembly having hidden venting is provided. The assembly includes a pitcher wall defining an opening at a top edge of the pitcher and a lid removably received in the opening. The lid includes a top wall, a skirt extending from a bottom surface of the top wall, a gasket disposed on the skirt, and a vent formed in the skirt between the gasket and the bottom surface of the top wall.
The sensor utilizes a capacitive sensor located adjacent to the container.
LIQUID COOLING DEVICE AND BEVERAGE FORMING DEVICE
A liquid cooling device that is capable of efficiently cooling a liquid in the inside of a liquid holding container, and a beverage forming device including the liquid cooling device are provided.
The liquid cooling device includes the liquid holding container that has an open portion; a container mounting part on which the liquid holding container is to be mounted; an air passage; and an airflow generating unit. The air passage is located directly above the open portion (4b), and at least a part of an outer periphery of the air passage extends along a peripheral edge of the open portion (4b). The airflow generating unit generates, within the air passage, an airflow flowing along the air passage. A hole portion (33) that communicates with the open portion (4b) is provided in a lower surface of the air passage.
Refrigeration Appliance With An Ice/Water Dispenser
A refrigeration appliance includes a body, an external door that can pivot relative to the body, and an internal door which can pivot relative to the body and the external door and which is immobilized between the body and the external door in the closed position of the external door. A dispensing or output recess of a dispenser is provided in the internal door.
WATER PREFILLING ASSEMBLY FOR USE IN A REFRIGERATING APPLIANCE
A fluid delivery system for an appliance includes a fluid line in selective communication with a fluid source. A shelf defines a fill zone positioned below an underside of the shelf. A shelf spigot is coupled with the fluid line and disposed proximate the underside of the shelf and over the fill zone. A fluid level sensor is positioned in communication with the fill zone. The fluid level sensor is also in communication with a controller that regulates a flow of fluid through the shelf spigot.
TEMPERATURE-REGULATING APPARATUS FOR LIQUIDS
A temperature-regulating apparatus which can rapidly chill a beverage by exposing it to a large surface area of the device interior which has a cooling gel embedded within its walls. The user pours their liquid into the device and monitors the projected temperature dropping until they reach an optimal temperature. Once optimal temperature is reached, the users will pour the liquid out of the device to end the cooling processes. Thus a superior liquid cooling solution is provided that can rapidly chill a beverage to an optimal temperature.
REFRIGERATOR AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
Disclosed is a refrigerator. The refrigerator includes a body which includes a storage compartment, a door which opens and closes the storage compartment and includes a dispenser, a water tank case disposed in the door, a water tank separably mounted in the water tank case, a water level sensor configured to sense a water level inside the water tank when the water tank is mounted in the water tank case, and a water tank valve configured to guide water supplied from a water supply source to the dispenser or the water tank and to prevent water from being supplied to the water tank when the water level sensor senses that a certain amount of water is stored in the water tank.
Adjustable Liquid Level Autofill Pitcher For An Appliance
An autofill system for a container where the liquid fill level is adjustable. A proximity sensor is used in conjunction with an adjustable displacement caused by the weight of the liquid to provide for an autofill system with a user selectable liquid fill level.
