A balloon that is operable to facilitate a sealing thereof subsequent being filled with a substance wherein the sealing does not require a knot or external clamp. The balloon includes a body having a contiguous wall being formed in a desired shape. Proximate the first end of the body a neck is contiguously formed. The neck includes a hollow passage and an opening so as to facilitate the filling of the interior volume of the balloon. Circumferentially disposed in the neck proximate the opening is an adhesive layer. Superposed the adhesive layer is a protective layer that is rectangular in shape, The protective layer further includes a first tab and a second tab that extends outward from the opening and functions to provide an interface to facilitate the removal of the protective layer so a user can utilize the adhesive layer to seal the opening.

A balloon bursting frame apparatus is provided so as to have a plurality of outlet nozzles, each outlet nozzle operatively associates with an inlet of a balloon by way of a preloaded adaptor. The preloaded adaptor provides a barbed conduit with raised flanges that define a lock groove to which a retainer ring of connection mechanism can snap-connect to. The connection mechanism also provides a cable tie for cinching the inlet of the balloon securely in place.

Toy water balloon

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of water playing toys, particularly to a toy water balloon, which comprises a flexible shell, a flexible cover and an elastic arm. The flexible shell limits a water storage cavity and an opening connects the water storage cavity and the external space of the flexible shell. The outer contour of the flexible cover is larger than that of the opening to seal the water storage cavity. It is only needed to make the toy water balloon deformation by using the opening to expose the water storage cavity. Which results in higher safety and lower production cost. Compared with the non-magnetic toy water balloon, the flexible cover will stick closely to the inner wall of the water storage cavity so that the toy water balloon disclosed in the present application has good sealing properties.

Balloon containment device

The present invention provides a balloon containment device comprising a central portion having a diameter larger than the diameter of the narrowest part of an expanded opening portion of a balloon. An elongate external retainer extends from the central portion toward a proximate end to the balloon opening portion and having a length enabled for placement of the central portion, extending through a neck portion of the balloon opening portion. An elongate internal retainer extends from the central portion, and toward a distal end from the balloon opening portion, and having a length designed for placement inside of the balloon. Wherein when the balloon is inflated, the central portion is held against the neck portion by manipulation of the external retainer.
