Self-sealing balloon and method of manufacture
A self-sealing balloon comprising a tubular balloon neck segment extending from an opening of a balloon gas retaining expansion cavity. A bead of moldable adhesive material is applied in a ring about an interior circumference of a neck portion of the balloon forming a dispensed adhesive roll. The dispensed adhesive roll is at least partially encapsulated within an adhesive staging segment. The adhesive staging segment can be encased within a rolled lip bead by any suitable process. The rolling process aids in forming the ring-shaped adhesive. In use, the balloon would be inflated. The lip bead would be unrolled, exposing the adhesive ring. The moldable adhesive would be compressed forming a seal, entrapping pressurized air within the balloon gas retaining expansion cavity. This provides a low cost, simple self-sealing solution for a balloon.
Commercial Display Holder
A balloon attachment vehicle apparatus comprising a base wherein said base is comprised of a top portion and a bottom portion wherein said bottom portion is comprised of one or more magnets and one or more contact absorbing pads wherein said one or more contact absorbing pads and said one or more magnets are positioned along a surface area of said bottom portion; a release handle positioned at said top portion of said base where said handle is mechanically connected to said magnet wherein rotating said handle lifts said one or more magnets away from said surface area; an attachment apparatus position on the top portion of said base comprising a connection point.
Floating objects and method for maintaining the objects in contained environment
A room installation is provided having at least three walls, a ceiling and floor, all of which are covered in a mirrored surface. At least one transparent window allows ambient light into the room installation. A plurality of mirrored balloons are arranged within the room installation, and filled with helium, but otherwise weighted, to float substantially within a middle height of the room installation.
Battle system for toy characters including an expandable housing
A support structure for a toy character including a base, an expandable housing, a cap assembly, and at least one appendage is provided. The cap assembly includes at least two straps and a band for securing the cap assembly to the expandable housing. The at least one appendage extends from the cap assembly and includes a puncture surface. A rotation mechanism may be mounted to the base and have a receiving aperture sized to receive a portion of the expandable housing and include a lever to direct rotation of the rotation mechanism. The rotation mechanism may further include a rotation member having one or more hooks located adjacent the receiving aperture for securing the expandable housing thereto. The rotation member may be removeable from the base to provide access to the one or more hooks.
GAS INFLATABLE BALLOONS
A system and method for simultaneously inflating a plurality of balloons with pressurized gas issuing from a pressurized gas supply, each balloon being releasably or permanently attached to an inflation conduit which serves to duct gas from the gas supply to its respective balloon, and each balloon having an associated valve to control the release of gas from inside the balloon when connected and/or disconnected from its associated balloon.
Balloon holder and method of shipping and assembling balloon holders
A balloon holder includes a cup portion having a stem with a barb extending therefrom, and a conical cup defined by a sidewall extending from the stem to define a top edge of the conical cup. The balloon holder further includes a stick portion including an elongate stick body extending from a first end to a second end, a stem receptacle at the first end, and a barb receptacle provided in the stem receptacle, wherein a portion of the stem is received in the stem receptacle such that the barb locks into the barb receptacle to join the cup portion and the stick portion together to form a complete balloon holder.
Balloon
A balloon includes two joined plastic films. The balloon includes: a gas supply valve sandwiched between and joined to the first film and the second film; a first chamber receiving air supplied from the gas supply valve for expansion; and a second chamber communicating to the first chamber. The gas supply valve includes a gas passage that extends from a gas inlet positioned on an outer side of the second chamber to an inside of the first chamber through the second chamber. Part of the first film and the second film between the first chamber and the second chamber and between the gas passage and a peripheral edge of the balloon are joined together to form a first weld portion and a second weld portion. The first weld portion is formed on an opposite side of the second weld portion with the gas passage sandwiched therebetween.
BALLOON HOLDER AND BALLOON HOLDER BASE
A balloon holder and balloon holder base for holding a balloon having a tail, including a securing element having flexible biased opposing projections bounding an elongated channel opening, an elongate member insertable into an opening in the tail of the balloon such that a first portion of said elongate member abuts a tapered self-closing bladder, creating an overlapping elongate member and balloon tail section, and a support element configured to be in contact with and support the inflated balloon, wherein the balloon is secured to the elongate member by transversely passing the overlapping elongate member and balloon tail section through the elongated channel opening and held in place by the projections.
BALLOON CONTAINMENT DEVICE
Disclosed herein is a balloon containment device including a central portion having a diameter larger than the diameter of the narrowest part of an expanded opening portion of a balloon. The device includes a longitudinally extending first portion extending from the central portion toward a proximate end to the balloon opening portion and having a length designed for placement extending outside the balloon opening portion. The device includes a longitudinally extending second portion extending from the central portion, and toward a distal end from the balloon opening portion, and having a length designed for placement inside of the balloon.
BROADHEAD WITH EXTENDABLE BLADES AND HOLLOW CYLINDRICAL SLIDING PORTION
A broadhead mountable to an arrow shaft for striking a target, upon striking impact is created which deploys the broadhead from a pre-deployment configuration to a post-deployment configuration. The broadhead including a longitudinally extending body, which includes a means for retaining a plurality of mechanically expandable blades while in a post-deployment configuration. The longitudinally extending body including a means for securing the plurality of mechanically expandable blades to the body while in both the pre-deployment configuration and the post-deployment configuration. The broadhead includes a means for not deploying the blades until impact with the target. The broadhead includes a means for deploying a front blade upon impact. The means for deploying the front blade upon impact is mounted over the longitudinally extending body with an alignment position to secure each blade and to set the broadhead in the pre-deployment configuration.
