HAIR DRYER ATTACHMENT

An attachment for a hair dryer that is movable between a first position and a second position in order to alter one or more characteristics of the airflow therethrough. In one embodiment, an attachment having multiple facets and types of projections with varying stiffness are provided on an outer housing that can be rotated relative to a base by the user. In a second embodiment, an attachment having a concave surface with prongs extending therethrough that can be moved such that the exposed portion of the prongs are lengthened or shortened, as desired.

DRYER FOR A TEXTILE WEB, WITH IMPROVED HOT-AIR SUPPLY
20170336142 · 2017-11-23 · ·

A dryer for a textile web includes a drying chamber having at least one air-permeable drum arranged in the drying chamber to rotate, wherein the drum includes an end face constituting an axially arranged suction side, the textile web is wrapable at least partially around the drum and heated drying air is flowable through the textile web. A hot gas source provides heated gas. A ventilator forms a suction draft via the suction side of the drum with drying air from inside of the drum and drying air that recirculates back into the drying chamber. At least one hot gas feeding ring encloses the suction draft and is configured to permit the hot gas from the hot gas source to flow essentially completely into the suction draft.

Drying system for a vehicle

A drying system for a vehicle includes an airflow intake duct structured to be mountable to the vehicle so as to reside exterior of the vehicle. The airflow intake duct includes an intake duct airflow passage structured to receive an airflow therein from outside the vehicle when the vehicle is moving. An airflow duct is structured to be coupled to the intake duct so as to reside in an interior of the vehicle and so as to receive therein the airflow from the intake duct when the intake duct is mounted exterior of the vehicle. The airflow duct includes a plurality of holes structured to enable discharge of a portion of the airflow from the airflow duct into the interior of the vehicle.

Mixing and drying conveyor

A conveyor having a conveyance structure, mixing components, belt, and gas manifold. The gas manifold disposed within or on an exterior portion of the structure. The gas manifold having one or more manifold outlet ports to dry, condition, or treat a metered stream of seed within the conveyor. The manifold may be operably connected to a recirculating air system providing the vacuum source and pressurized air source of atmospheric or conditioned air. A filter and vacuum port may extract debris or humidity from the metered stream of seed within the conveyor. A plurality of mixing baffles may be longitudinally spaced apart through the conveyor in a laterally alternating manner to mix the metered stream of seed. The conveyor may be used to transfer, mix, dry, condition and treat the metered stream of seed between multiple stages of treatment.
