SYSTEMS AND METHODS TO DISINFECT AN OBJECT OR SURFACE
Systems and methods for treating an object, in particular, for disinfecting and/or drying objects and/or surfaces are provided. One or more of an air delivery system, an electromagnetic emitter (e.g., a Far ultraviolet (UV) light source), and/or an air treatment device (e.g., a gaseous hydrogen-peroxide generator) may be used to condition ambient air to treat a surface or container for use (e.g., prior to filling the container, applying a surfactant, etc.). An ionizer may be employed with one or more of the emitter or air treatment device to additionally remove static from air within or provided to a treatment area.
HYBRID KILN FOR DRYING WOOD, BIOCHAR AND AGRICULTURE PRODUCTS
A hybrid kiln system and method for drying material, such as lumber, logs, and timber. A solar air heater uses solar radiation to heat air. The heated air is pushed into a kiln using one or more solar air heater fans. A dehumidifier is also provided to dehumidify and heat the air within the kiln. A method for determining when the solar air heater fans and the dehumidifier should be activated is also provided, and is based upon the temperature difference between the solar air heater's interior and exterior, as well as the relative humidity within the kiln.
Drying device and printing device
A drying device includes: a supporting section that supports a medium on which printing was performed; a conveying section that conveys, along a conveying region, the medium supported by the supporting section; a heat generating section configured to heat, over a width direction, the medium supported by the supporting section; a fix-supporting section configured to support the heat generating section fixing the heat generating section; and free-supporting section configured to support the heat generating section so that the heat generating section can expand and contract, wherein the fix-supporting section is located in a first lateral region that is a region outside the conveying region in the width direction, and the free-supporting section is located in a second lateral region that is a region outside the conveying region in the width direction and different from the first lateral region.
TOWEL DISINFECTION DRYER
The present application provides a towel disinfection dryer, comprising a main machinery, wherein the main machinery comprises a housing, an ultraviolet light source installed in the housing, a reflector arranged above the ultraviolet light source, a heater installed in the housing, and a fan installed in the housing, the reflector is installed in the housing, the bottom of the housing is provided with a window exposing the ultraviolet light source, and the bottom of the housing corresponding to the outlet of the fan is provided with an air outlet, the heater is arranged on the airflow path of the fan, the reflector defines one or more airflow holes, and the reflector is arranged on the airflow path of the fan.
PRINTING APPARATUS
Disclosed is a printing apparatus in which web paper is transported to a printing face contact roller in a swirling form while a direction thereof is turned by first to fourth turning rollers. Heating units are arranged so as to face a printing face of the web paper between the two first and second turning rollers, between the two third and fourth turning rollers, and between the fourth turning roller and the printing face contact roller individually. Such arrangement can achieve a compact drying mechanism. The heating units each directly heat inks on the printing face, and thus do not overheat the web paper. Moreover, the heating units are not directed upward. This avoids contact of the web paper to a front side face of each of the heating units when the web paper slackens.
CONTINUOUS DRYING APPARATUS FOR BEE POLLEN AND RELATED DRYING METHOD
The present invention relates to the technical field of bee product processing, and discloses a continuous drying apparatus for bee pollen and related drying method. The continuous drying apparatus for bee pollen comprises: a box body; a first drying conveying structure; a second drying conveying structure; and a heat pump dehumidification heating structure. The continuous drying apparatus for bee pollen has the advantage of high drying efficiency.
Methods and apparatus for processing a substrate to remove moisture and/or residue
Embodiments of methods and apparatus for processing a substrate are provided herein. In some embodiments, a method of treating a substrate includes placing a substrate onto one of a plurality of substrate holders of a movable substrate carrier within a non-vacuum enclosure of a substrate treatment apparatus; heating the interior of the non-vacuum enclosure; supplying a gas into the non-vacuum enclosure to react with a surface of the substrate; and exhausting the gas from the non-vacuum enclosure through a vent in the non-vacuum enclosure.
DRYING DEVICE
The drying device is composed of an LED lamp unit and a thermally dispersing member. The LED lamp unit emits rays of light onto a work that a dried object is applied to the surface thereof. The thermally dispersing member is disposed on a stage and supports the work from the opposite side of the LED lamp unit. The thermally dispersing member generates heat by absorbing the rays of light transmitting through the work.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR STERILIZING AND STORAGE OF LABORATORY CONSUMABLES
A method of sterilizing and storing laboratory consumables comprises slidably receiving a carrier holding a plurality of laboratory consumables into each of one or more of a plurality of storage compartments within an interior chamber defined in a housing, exposing the plurality of laboratory consumables to ultraviolet (UV) light from a UV lamp positioned above each respective storage compartment and from a UV lamp positioned below each respective storage compartment, determining from which of the plurality of storage compartments a carrier should be removed based on for which carrier a longest period of time has elapsed since going through a predefined sterilization procedure, and indicating to a user into which of the plurality of storage compartments a carrier should be placed or indicating to a user from which of the plurality of storage compartments a carrier should be removed.
