The chamber is further in communication with an air exhaust unit and a first gas source respectively. The structure of the ultraviolet irradiation device is simple. When a replacement of the UV mask is performed, a rapid replacement thereof can be achieved, i.e., much time for replacing the UV mask can be saved, which is beneficial for improving productivity.
Multi-zone heating oven with a plurality of heating zones having individually controlled temperature humidity
A multi-zone heating oven is disclosed. The multi-zone heating oven includes a plurality of in-line heating chambers, a conveyor system configured to convey objects between and into each chamber of the plurality of in-line heating chambers and a supply line for each of the plurality of in-line heating chambers. In addition, the multi-zone heating oven includes an exhaust system. The humidity in each chamber is set individually. Changes in the temperature and humidity that an object is subjected to are controlled by moving the object through the plurality of chambers.

ULTRASONIC DRYING SYSTEM AND METHOD
Disclosed is an apparatus for drying a material, the apparatus including: an air-delivery enclosure with an air inlet and an air outlet through which forced air is directed toward the material; and an ultrasonic transducer connected to the air outlet of the air-delivery enclosure, the ultrasonic transducer including: a first inner surface; a second inner surface, the second inner surface facing the first inner surface, the first inner surface and the second inner surface defining an airflow path through the ultrasonic transducer; a first groove defined in a first inner surface, the first groove including a first flat portion; and a second groove defined in a second inner surface, the second groove including a second flat portion.
PRINTING APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING PRINTING TO AN ELONGATED PRINT MEDIUM
Disclosed is a printing apparatus in which web paper is transported to a printing face contact roller in a swirling form while a direction thereof is turned by first to fourth turning rollers. Heating units are arranged so as to face a printing face of the web paper between the two first and second turning rollers, between the two third and fourth turning rollers, and between the fourth turning roller and the printing face contact roller individually. Such arrangement can achieve a compact drying mechanism. The heating units each directly heat inks on the printing face, and thus do not overheat the web paper. Moreover, the heating units are not directed upward. This avoids contact of the web paper to a front side face of each of the heating units when the web paper slackens.
Infrared light source drying apparatus and drying method
An infrared (IR) light source drying apparatus (10, 100, 120) is disclosed as including a body (123), an airflow output device (14, 104, 122) for outputting an airflow from the body, and an IR lamp (108, 124) for emitting an IR light ray, the apparatus being without any heating element in the path of movement of the airflow through the body. The airflow outputted by the drying apparatus (10, 100, 120) and directed towards a target (T) is at the ambient temperature, and serves to cool the target. The present invention can provide waterproof functions when drying the target, operate with batteries and use significantly less power for powering the drying apparatus.
Infrared float bar
Infrared air float bar for use in floating and drying a continuous planar web of a material in a dryer. Direct radiated or reflected infrared electromagnetic energy from an infrared light source in a removable channel assembly accelerates drying, or evaporation of solvents, or curing of web material passing in proximity to the bar, either by infrared electromagnetic energy, or in combination with convention airflow. The infrared source is cooled by pressurized air passing through an interior portion of the removable air bar channel assembly, and the air is further conducted into fluid contact with the web in an air gap between the emitter and web to promote convective heat transfer and to contribute to the air pressure field supporting web flotation. The removable channel assembly is configured for replacement of the infrared emitter and to allow the setting of the pressurized cooling air flow to the optimum level.
METHOD FOR DRYING A SUBSTRATE, DRYER MODULE FOR CARRYING OUT THE METHOD, AND DRYER SYSTEM
Methods for drying a substrate. The methods include the following steps: (a) emitting infrared radiation towards a substrate moving through a process space using an emitter unit comprising at least one infrared emitter, (b) generating at least two process gas streams of a process gas directed towards the substrate, (c) drying the substrate by the action of infrared radiation and process gas on the substrate, and (d) extracting moisture-laden process gas from the process space via an extraction duct, forming an exhaust air stream leading away from the substrate. To specify a drying method which is reproducible and effective and leads to an improved result, in particular in terms of homogeneity and speed of drying of the substrate, the at least two process gas streams are guided to the infrared emitter before they act on the substrate, and an exhaust air stream is spatially assigned to each process gas stream.
