DIELECTRIC DRYING METHOD AND DIELECTRIC DRYING DEVICE FOR CERAMIC FORMED BODIES, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CERAMIC STRUCTURES

A dielectric drying method for ceramic formed bodies includes drying a plurality of ceramic formed bodies placed side by side in an arrangement direction Y perpendicular to a conveying direction X on an upper surface of a drying table by conveying the ceramic formed bodies between electrodes of an upper electrode and a lower electrode, and applying a high frequency between the electrodes. The upper electrode includes: a central region; and two end regions between which the central region is located, in the arrangement direction Y. The central region has a flat surface portion parallel to an upper end surface of the ceramic formed body. Each of the two end regions has an inclined portion inclined toward the lower electrode side

A nail lamp station includes a base lamp assembly and a handheld nail care tool for providing an additional nail care function. The base lamp assembly includes a station housing having a light cavity capable of receiving multiple fingernails therewithin, and a main light source supported within the light cavity for drying nail polishes on the fingernails at the same time within the light cavity. The handheld nail care tool includes a detachable lamp pen detachably coupled at the station housing, wherein the detachable lamp pen includes an elongated pen body and a point light source provided at a light end of the pen body for drying the nail polish on one single particular fingernail.

Method and apparatus for the controlled conveyance of a workpiece through a fluidized bed dryer

The present invention relates to the use of a mechanical apparatus to convey a workpiece through a fluidized bed dryer. In particular, the invention relates to a single or multiple stage vibrating fluidized drag conveyor having spaced apart conveyor paddles attached to a continuous chain or a similar device, and driven by a variable frequency motor drive. The invention is of particular applicability in the case of low-density workpieces where chaotic motion of air may disrupt or reverse the orderly flow of workpieces through the dryer.

HYBRID RF/CONVENTIONAL CLOTHES DRYER

The present application encompasses methods and apparatus for heating a load such as clothes immersed in a medium such as water during a heating period. A method embodiment of the present invention comprises heating the load and medium within an enclosure by subjecting said load and medium to heated air originated from a conventional energy source; and applying heat to said load and medium within the enclosure via an AC electrical field, embodied as a capacitor, originated from an RF power source.

Cap drying apparatus and systems and methods thereof

The present application provides a cap drying apparatus and a method for drying a cap. The apparatus includes a base console having an inlet and a fan. The inlet receives an air stream from outside of the base console. The apparatus also includes an air supply conduit that is fluidly connected to the inlet and receives the air stream via operation of the fan. The apparatus further includes a mounting head having a distribution chamber and an outer portion comprising a plurality of air channels. The distribution chamber receives the air stream from the air supply conduit and disperses the air stream through the air channels and out of the mounting head. A cap securely fits on the outer surface of the mounting head, and the air stream dispersed through the air channels dries the cap.

DEVICE FOR SLUDGE TREATMENT

A device for sludge treatment comprises a supporting frame of an external casing defining a treatment chamber provided with one inlet opening of the sludge to be treated; one discharge opening of the treated sludge; at least one auger element housed within the treatment chamber, and adapted to move the sludge to be treated along a direction of advancement; and filtration means located internally to the treatment chamber and surrounding the auger element; at least one anodic element associated with the auger element, and application means for applying a potential difference between the anodic element and the filtration means, generating an electric field adapted to interact with the sludge to be treated to produce an electro-osmotic process.
