The first duct formation member and the second duct formation member include fused surfaces formed on the same plane.
Livestock Excrement Sterilizing and Drying System Using High Temperature Combustion Gas, and Sterilizing and Drying Method
The present invention relates to a livestock excrement sterilizing and drying system comprising including: a grinder for pulverizing livestock excrement so as to increase the drying efficiency for the livestock excrement; a transfer unit for transferring the pulverized livestock excrement; a drying chamber which dries the livestock excrement while rotating in a state where the livestock excrement transferred by the transfer unit is inserted therein; a combustion unit for allowing a combustion gas of a combustion device to be supplied into the drying chamber in order to dry the livestock excrement inserted into the drying chamber; a dried excrement discharge unit for discharging the livestock excrement which has been dried by the combustion gas of the combustion device and has a reduced volume; and an exhaust gas processing unit for filtering an exhaust gas generated in the process of drying the livestock excrement so as to discharge the exhaust gas to the air, wherein the livestock excrement dried in the drying chamber is not burned during heat-exchange with the combustion gas, but only moisture thereof is reduced and microorganisms and odors thereof are removed.
Seed Drying System
A seed drying system for positioning a manifold in a seed treater includes a seed treater that contains a plurality of seeds that have been coated with a liquid treatment. A manifold is positioned within the seed treater and a fan is provided to selectively urge air. The fan is fluidly coupled to the manifold to direct the air over the seeds thereby facilitating the liquid treatment to dry on the seeds. A mounting unit is provided and the manifold is coupled to the mounting unit such that the mounting unit retains the manifold in a horizontal orientation. The mounting unit is releasably coupled to the housing such that the manifold is retained in the drum. Moreover, the mounting unit centrally positions the manifold in the aperture.
HYBRID DRYING APPARATUS FOR HIGH OR MEDIUM VISCOSITY MATERIALS
A hybrid drying apparatus including: a bed portion having a horizontally disposed top surface; an object-to-be-dried supplying portion configured to spread an object to be dried on the top surface of the bed portion; and a driving unit configured to rotate and drive the bed portion or the object-to-be-dried supplying portion, wherein the object to be dried supplied from the object-to-be-dried supplying portion is spread on the top surface of the bed portion while the bed portion or the object-to-be-dried supplying portion is rotated, and the top surface of the bed portion is heated in such a manner that a lower portion of the bed portion is primarily heated so that the bed portion is used to dry the object to be dried coated on the top surface of the bed portion by the object-to-be-dried supplying portion.
Rotary dryer star and method for treating solid particles
The invention is based on a star-shaped rotation dryer (1) for segmenting a fluidizing chamber 4) into process compartments (11), whereby the star-shaped rotation dryer (1) is pivot mounted and features dividing wall (9) or similar for the conveyance of solid particles along a conveyance path, whereby a flow-receiving base (10) is detachably mounted below the star-shaped rotation dryer (1); the invention further relates to a method of spray-coating solid particles for the purpose of agglomeration, coating, layering, spray granulation or pelletization, whereby the retention time spectrum of the solid particles inside the fluid-bed apparatus (2) has a margin of at least 1:3 (alternatively tRTD903 tRTD10).
High recycle/reclaimed asphalt hot mix asphalt system and gas treatment process
The present disclosure provides an improved system and process for the production of Hot Mix Asphalt containing High Recycle/Reclaimed Asphalt. Unlike conventional processing systems, the presently disclosed system utilizes a combination of dryer design and cyclone and wet scrubber technology to remove dust, particulate matter and oil residue from hot gas emissions produced during the process and recycles it back into the system.
Flight for asphalt rotary dryer
An improved geometry for flights used in rotary drums of aggregate dryers in the manufacture of asphalt causes the aggregate to shower in an even veil across the full width of the drum under all loading conditions. An opening in the flight having a narrow bottom and wider top allows more aggregate to shower early, especially when flights are lightly loaded, on the uplift side of the drum to complete the aggregate veil and prevent hot gases from bypassing. The opening is oriented with its narrow bottom nearest the inner surface of the drum and its wider top farthest therefrom. The opening does not extend through the full height of the flight, which would form an undesired gap allowing an excessive volume of aggregate to flood out of fully loaded flights on the uplift side of rotation. Such flooding discharge causes a similar imbalance of drying to that caused by too little discharge from light loaded flights. The size and shape of the opening can be varied to adjust the amount of aggregate discharged from each flight to form the veil and to adjust the shape of the veil.
