DRYING APPARATUS FOR POWDER RAW MATERIAL FOR MANUFACTURING SECONDARY CELL WITH ELECTRIC HEATER
The present disclosure relates to a drying apparatus for a powder raw material for manufacturing a secondary cell with an electric heater. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of independently controlled heaters are mounted on a main body of an apparatus in which a plurality of heating regions are defined, and the temperature deviation of the internal chamber can reduce by providing the amount of heat supplied to each heating region through the control of the plurality of heaters. The main body of the apparatus includes a cylindrical portion in which the powder raw material is accommodated and sidewalls on both sides of the cylindrical portion, and by installing heaters on the cylindrical portion and the sidewalls, respectively, the entire region defining the main body of the apparatus can be evenly heated.

ORGANIC WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A liquification system for an organic waste management system includes a hopper that is oriented vertically such that organic waste added to the hopper is biased by gravity toward a bottom end of the hopper; a fixed grinding plate disposed at the bottom end of the hopper and including grinding elements for grinding and liquefying organic waste; an agitator that is disposed within the hopper and is movable relative to the grinding plate in a first rotational direction that moves organic waste downward toward and against the grinding plate and in a second rotational direction that moves organic waste upward toward a top end of the hopper; a motor configured to selectively move the agitator in the first and second rotational directions under control of the controller; and an outlet through the bottom end of the hopper through which liquified organic waste drains from the hopper.
VACUUM DRYER
The vacuum dryer includes: a first half chamber having a first opening, and a drying table on which a workpiece is fixed and positioned at a drying phase; a second half chamber having a second opening and coupled with the first half chamber to form a hermetic chamber; a first moving device that moves the second half chamber relative to the first half chamber between a separated position and a coupled position; a first volume adjusting body disposed in the second half chamber and having a shape that does not collide with the workpiece and the drying table when the drying table is positioned at the drying phase and the second half chamber is located at the coupled position; and a vacuum pump.
VACUUM DRYER

DESOLVENTIZER TOASTER WITH CONVECTIVE CURRENT RECYCLE
A desolventizer for processing solvent-wet solid material may include a thermal recirculation loop to increase thermal performance. In some examples, the desolventizer includes a housing, an ejector, and a vent. The housing contains a first tray and a second tray vertically elevated above the first tray to define a processing space. The ejector has an inlet located between the first tray and the second tray and an outlet also located between the first tray and the second tray. The vent has an inlet located between the first tray and the second tray. In operation, the ejector can draw gas from the processing space via the inlet and discharge the gas through the outlet back into the processing space, creating a recirculation loop.
HEMP BIOMASS DRYING ASSEMBLY
A hemp biomass drying assembly that is disposed within a structure and having a central lift assembly, a rotatable tine assembly, an auger assembly, and a track drive assembly that are all connected to a control system to activate and operate all assemblies. The drying assembly has multiple modes of operation that include a spreading mode, a leveling mode, and stirring mode, and an unloading mode.

WASTE DISPOSER
A waste disposer comprising a primary dehydrating chamber, a grinding device, a secondary dehydrating chamber, and a storage chamber. The primary dehydrating chamber is adapted to allow waste to be heated therein to partly dehydrate the waste. The primary dehydrating chamber has: a first waste inlet for receiving the waste, a first vapor outlet for exhausting vapor from the waste, a drainage outlet for draining free liquid from the waste, and a first waste outlet for outputting the partly dehydrated waste. The grinding device is adapted to receive the waste from the first waste outlet and grind the waste to reduce the size thereof. The secondary dehydrating chamber is adapted to allow the ground waste to be heated therein to further dehydrate the waste. The secondary dehydrating chamber has a second waste inlet for receiving the ground waste, a second vapor outlet for exhausting vapor from the waste, and a second waste outlet for outputting the further dehydrated waste. The storage chamber is adapted to receive the waste from the second waste outlet and store the waste in the storage chamber.
Cannabidiol isolate production systems and methods
The disclosure includes systems and methods of producing cannabidiol (CBD) isolate. In some embodiments, a method includes dissolving, via an agitated vessel, CBD oil in a solvent to thereby form a slurry comprising CBD isolate and excess solvent, and sending at least a portion of the slurry from the agitated vessel to an agitated Nutsche filter dryer. Some embodiments include pressurizing an internal portion of the agitated Nutsche filter dryer to remove the excess solvent and capture the CBD isolate in a filter of the agitated Nutsche filter dryer.
