Acoustic-assisted heat and mass transfer device
An acoustic energy-transfer apparatus including: an acoustic chest, the acoustic chest defining an inner chamber sized to receive a material to be processed; and an acoustic device positioned within the acoustic chest and oriented to direct acoustic energy towards the material to be processed. A method for drying a material, the method including: positioning a material in an acoustic chest including an acoustic device; and directing acoustically energized air from the acoustic device at the material within the acoustic chest.
Dry quality evaluation device for electrode and dry quality evaluation method for electrode
The present invention relates to an apparatus for evaluating drying quality of an electrode, and the apparatus includes: an oven configured to provide a space in which an electrode is dried; a measuring unit configured to be positioned at an outlet of the oven and measure a color coordinate value of an electrode active material layer with respect to the dried electrode; and an determination unit configured to determine whether the electrode is dry from the color coordinate value, wherein the determination unit sets a reference value, and determines that a dry state of the electrode is defective if the measured color coordinate value is less than the reference value, and a difference between the measured color coordinate value and the reference value is more than a preset value.

Electrode plate drying device and coating device
Provided are an electrode plate drying device and a coating device, and relates to the technical field of batteries. The electrode plate drying device includes an oven, a first deflector roll, and a second deflector roll. The oven is configured to dry an electrode plate. The first deflector roll and the second deflector roll are disposed in the oven. The electrode plate winds around the first deflector roll and the second deflector roll. Positions of the first deflector roll and/or the second deflector roll in the oven are tunable so as to adjust a movement distance of the electrode plate in the oven.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATMENT OF PROCESS GAS
A method of treatment of process gas from an industrial process having a main stream and a secondary stream, wherein at least a portion of the process gas is treated by the following process steps: a first condensation step, in which a first condensate is separated out of the process gas; a first branching that takes place after the first condensation step, in which at least a portion of the process gas is branched off from the main stream as offgas into the secondary stream; a first further treatment step that takes place in the main stream after the first branching, in which at least a portion of the process gas is treated further after the first condensation step.
TREATMENT FACILITY AND METHOD FOR TREATING WORKPIECES AND/OR MATERIAL WEBS
The present invention relates to a treatment facility (100) for treating workpieces and/or material webs (166), in particular to a drying facility (102) for vehicle bodies and/or battery electrode webs (168), comprising: a treatment space (106), which comprises a plurality of treatment space portions (108), which are each assigned to one of a plurality of separate recirculated air modules (110) of the treatment facility (100), a heat storage and heating facility (114) for storing and providing heat, at least one heating gas guide system (116), which comprises at least one heating gas feed (118) and at least one heating gas return (120).
The present invention relates further to a method for treating workpieces and/or material webs (166), comprising: causing a plurality of gas streams, guided in separate circuits, to flow through a plurality of treatment space portions (108) of a treatment space (106) of a treatment facility (100); directly or indirectly heating the gas streams by means of a heating gas stream generated in a heat storage and heating facility (114) of the treatment facility (100).
APPARATUS FOR DRYING COATED ELECTRODE AND METHOD OF DRYING COATED ELECTRODE USING THE APPARATUS
An apparatus for drying a coated electrode includes a perforated plate nozzle located above a transfer path for the coated electrode. A duct is provided to connect to an area of the perforated plate nozzle that does not face the coated electrode among areas of the perforated plate nozzle. The duct may supply hot air flowing outside opposite ends of the coated electrode to a lower portion of the coated electrode.
