Heating drum and ink-jet printing device equipped with the same
A heating drum, which guides a long-sized medium and also heats and dries the medium, includes a cylinder-shaped main body part, disc-shaped limb parts attached to the end parts of the main body part, and a shaft core attached to the limb parts. On an edge of an inner circumferential surface of the main body part, a cut-out part extending in the circumferential direction is formed. A groove part also extending in the circumferential direction is formed on the inner circumferential surface on an inner side from the cut-out part of the main body part. The cut-out part and the groove part are in parallel with each other, and the limb part is fitted to the cut-out part. A claw part is fixed to the limb part by a fitting tool, so that a hook part of the claw part is freely movably fitted to the groove part.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING A STAPLE FIBER BASED ON NATURAL PROTEIN FIBER, A RAW WOOL BASED ON THE STAPLE FIBER, A FIBROUS YARN MADE OF THE STAPLE FIBER, A NON-WOVEN MATERIAL MADE OF THE STAPLE FIBER AND AN ITEM COMPRISING THE STAPLE FIBER.
Disclosed embodiments describe a method for manufacturing a staple fiber based on natural protein fiber. The method may include: providing a protein suspension, the protein suspension comprising fibrils of the natural protein fiber; directing the protein suspension through a nozzle onto a surface for forming a protein based fiber; drying the protein suspension on the surface; extracting the fiber from the surface; and providing the staple fiber. Disclosed embodiments may further describe a fiber based raw wool. The raw wool may include staple fibers, wherein the staple fibers are reconstructed on the basis of protein fibrils and are mechanically subdivided from natural protein fibers, wherein the protein fibrils are interlocked by hydrogen bonds, and wherein the raw wool comprises an unoriented, entangled, fluffy network of staple fibers.
HEATING DRUM AND INK-JET PRINTING DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME
To provide a heating drum which even when heated at a high temperature, is capable of suppressing the limb part from being deviated relative to the main body part, and an ink-jet printing device equipped with such a heating drum.
The present invention relates to a heating drum D which in order to guide a long-sized medium and also to heat and dry the medium, is provided with a cylinder shaped main body part 1, disc-shaped limb parts 2 attached to the two end parts of the main body part 1, and a shaft core 3 attached to the limb part 2 are installed, and the heating drum D further has a structure in which, on the edge of the inner circumferential surface of the main body part 1, a cut-out part 1a that extends in the circumferential direction is formed and a groove part 1c that extends in the circumferential direction is formed on the inner circumferential surface on the inner side from the cut-out part 1a of the main body part 1, wherein the cut-out part 1a and the groove part 1c are in parallel with each other, and the limb part 2 is fitted to the cut-out part 1a, with the claw part 4 being fixed to the limb part 2 by a fitting tool 5, so that a hook part 4a of the claw part 4 is freely movably fitted to the groove part 1c, and an ink-jet printing device I having such a heating drum D.
Heating system for warming a gaseous treatment medium for a dryer
The invention relates to a heating system (38) for warming a gaseous treatment medium (30, 40) for a device for treating a preferably strip-shaped article (12) by means of a gaseous treatment medium (40), comprising a heating device, a mixing chamber (54) for mixing at least one first, gaseous heating medium (49) heated by means of the gas burner, and the gaseous treatment medium (30) already used for treatment and recycled by the device. Said gaseous heating medium (49) can be introduced into the mixing chamber (54) such that when the gaseous medium (49) is introduced into the mixing chamber (54), vortexes are produced in the mixing chamber (54), which generate an intensive thorough-mixing of the gaseous heating medium (49) with the recycled gaseous treatment medium (30).
