A multiple product belt drier having a first air permeable conveyor belt on which the materials to be dried are poured to form a first drying path; at least a second air permeable conveyor belt to assure at least a second drying path for drying the materials after the first one; an air blowing mechanism; an air heating mechanism for heating the blown air to dry the materials, and a drying air distribution circuit for distributing the drying air towards the materials and the belts; the drying air circuit being provided so that the drying air circulates downwards through the materials to be dried and the belts, and an air reheating mechanism is provided between the two paths to reheat the air which has passed through the layer of materials on the first belt, before it passes through the layer of materials on the second belt.

Material processing apparatus (20) includes a housing (22) with a plurality of vertically stacked inverting pan conveyors (42, 44) therein. Each conveyor (42, 44) includes a plurality of conveyor pans (50) traveling between and around aligned front and rear sprocket pairs (90, 92) to define upper and lower conveyor runs (52, 54). Each pan (50) has a perforated base plate (56) presenting a pair of opposed material-supporting surfaces (58, 60). As the pans (50) traverse the sprocket pairs (90, 92), they are inverted, and material (110) carried by the upper run pans (50) is transferred to the lower run pans (50) by passage of the material around and/or between the sprocket pair (90).

A drying machine for pasty and/or granular substances, which comprises a supporting frame for a plurality of superimposed conveyor belts, the frame being provided with lateral openings for the passage of air, each conveyor belt being supported by a plurality of spaced rollers which are pivoted to the frame, the rollers being surrounded by spacers which are adapted to define, between the rollers and the belt, air passage spaces to optimize the drying of the conveyed substances, each roller being surrounded by a single helical body with spaced turns that define the air passage space between the roller and the belt.

DISPERSING AND FLATTENING APPARATUS FOR UNIFORM DRYING OF TRANSPORTATION COALS IN COAL DRYER USING REHEAT STEAM
The present invention relates to an apparatus that reduces loads of piles of coals that are input from a fixed quantity coal supplier via a pulverizer to a multi-stage dryer and are transferred, and uniformly disperses and flattens the piles of the coals, thereby improving drying efficiency, in the multi-stage dryer that dries coals using reheat steam, wherein coals that are primarily dried by the first coal dryer are input into the second coal dryer to be secondarily dried, the apparatus including: a column-shaped body that is installed on surfaces of the plurality of first transfer plates and second transfer plates, which faces an upper side, at a specific interval; a division boss that protrudes from a central portion of a front surface of the body to divide and disperse a central portion of piles of coals input from a fixed quantity coal supplier onto the surfaces of the first transfer plates and the second transfer plates, which face an upper side, into left and right parts; and a pair of fixing members that are fixed at upper ends of the first guide rails and the second guide rails that horizontally support the first transfer plates and at upper ends of the third guide rails and the fourth guide rails that horizontally support the second transfer plates to fixedly support opposite ends of the body, wherein the piles of the coals that are transferred on the surfaces of the first transfer plates and the second transfer plates, which face an upper side, are flattened at a specific height so that reheat steam sprayed while passing through the first transfer plates and the second transfer plates uniformly comes into contact with surfaces of coal particles.
APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING SPONTANEOUS IGNITION OF TRANSFERRED COAL IN APPARATUS FOR DRYING COAL USING REHEAT STEAM
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing, in a multi-stage dryer for drying coal using reheat steam, spontaneous ignition caused by oxidation of coal when coal is transferred to the multi-stage dryer from a fixed quantity coal supplier by way of a pulverizer. The present invention relates to an apparatus for drying coal using reheat steam, the apparatus being configured so that coal which has been dried primarily in a first coal dryer is inputted into a second coal dryer and thus is secondarily dried, wherein reheat steam generated from a reheater is supplied through a reheat steam supply pipe; a nitrogen supplier supplies nitrogen through a nitrogen supply pipe; saturated steam generated from a saturated steam generator is supplied through a saturated steam supply pipe; the reheat steam supply pipe, the nitrogen supplier, and the saturated steam supply pipe are connected to a 4-way valve; and the 4-way valve supplies nitrogen and saturated steam, or nitrogen or saturated steam, along with reheat steam, to first to fourth steam chambers through the steam supply pipe, and injects steam into coal which is transferred to a first transfer plate and a second transfer plate so that spontaneous ignition of coal is prevented in the course of drying and transferring coal.
APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING STEAM PRESSURE IN A SYSTEM FOR DRYING COAL USING REHEAT STEAM
The present invention relates to a system for drying coal using reheat steam, and more particularly, to an apparatus for enhancing drying efficiency by adjusting reheat steam to be injected to coal input and transferred onto a transfer device at predetermined pressure in a multi-stage dryer drying the coal by using reheat steam and in the apparatus for adjusting steam pressure in a system for drying coal using reheat steam, a steam supply pipe supplying the reheat steam generated by a reheater is connected to one side of each of the first steam chamber, the second steam chamber, the third steam chamber, and the fourth steam chamber and a first steam distribution perforated plate with a plurality of steam injection holes is coupled to and installed in the inner upper part of each of the first steam chamber, the second steam chamber, the third steam chamber, and the fourth steam chamber to inject the reheat steam at uniform pressure through the first steam injection holes.
