Can drying and moisture control system
A heating system for use with a can dryer or oven includes a gas burner, an electrical heating element, a heating chamber structured to heat cans using air heated by the gas burner and/or the electrical heating element, a circulation system structured to move air from the gas burner and the electrical heating element to the heating chamber, and a control system structured to selectively control the gas burner and the electrical heating element to switch between a first mode where the gas burner and the electrical heating element are active and both heat air provided to the heating chamber and in a second mode where the gas burner is inactive and the electrical heating element is active.
TRANSPORTABLE SARGASSUM DRYING MACHINE
The present invention relates to a transportable sargassum drying machine that comprises several subsystems incorporated to achieve the objective of the invention. These subsystems consist of transportation and stabilization, a solar heating system that includes cylindrical parabolic solar heaters that heat thermal oil up to a temperature of 330 C.; hot air generation, which is directed to the conveyor belt and buckets to dry the sargassum; a drying process in which hot air from the radiators passes through the conveyor belt, evaporating moisture from the sargassum as it is transported; a multi-stage conveyor belt system with three conveyor belts, achieving a moisture content of 14% or less; a packing process where the sargassum is transported to a packing machine for shipping and transport; and power supply, where the machine's electrical devices are powered by photovoltaic solar panels attached to the side walls of the trailer.
Heated paint drying system
A heated paint drying system for drying paint on a vehicle using heated pressurized air includes an air supply supplying pressurized air. An air hose is coupled to the air supply and transfers pressurized air from the air supply. A housing includes a handle section, a head section, and a channel extending through the housing from the head section to the handle section. The air hose is in fluid communication with the channel when the air hose is coupled to the housing. A valve is positioned within the channel and a trigger selectively opens or closes the valve. A heat emitter is attached to the housing and heats pressurized air passing through the channel. An electricity generator is electrically connected to the heat emitter. The electricity generator has a driver manipulated by the flow of pressurized air, wherein the heat emitter is turned on when the driver is manipulated.
PLANT AND RELATED PROCESS FOR TREATING ORGANIC MATERIAL
A plant for treating organic material, having a reactor configured to dry organic material and a closure device (9) operating on a loading channel (6) for feeding material into the reactor. The closure device is designed to interact with material located at the outlet mouths (7) of the loading channel using separation elements (11). According to further aspects, the system may include an active filter (34) on a gas exhaust duct (30) that directs moisture-rich gases outside the reactor. In addition, the plant may be equipped with one or more suspension systems (57) that connect a frame (56) supporting the reactor to an angular position sensor (59), enabling translational movement of the sensor (59) relative to the frame. In other aspects, a process for treating organic material is provided, which involves loading the material into the reactor in a differentiated manner across two or more zones (3a) within the reactor (2).
