Dryer conveyor belt tracking system
The present invention provides a conveyor belt tracking system for a dryer having a web of a mesh material having a protrusion extending along the length proximal one lateral edge and above a flat surface and a first generally cylindrical roller having a three-tiered slot for receiving the protrusion and two flanking shallow tracks for receiving base flanges.
Heat recycling drying machine utilizing inlet/outlet air temperature difference to condense water
Hot air containing water is discharged from a heating space to pass through a vertically bent fluid pipeline (1035) formed by an hot air section (1030) of a water condensing pipeline structure (1029) and a vertically bent flow guiding structure (1032). Meanwhile, external inlet air having relatively low temperature is pumped through an cold air section (1031) of the water condensing pipeline structure (1029) to enable the hot air to be cooled, thereby condensing the water contained in the hot air. The condensed water is collected or flows with a first part of the hot air to pass through an hot air shunt port (1026) for being guided to an external discharging port (109). A second part of the hot air is guided by the hot air shunt port (1026) to flow towards a hot air return inlet (1022), thereby reducing the thermal energy loss and saving electric energy.
Low profile design air tunnel system and method for providing uniform air flow in a refractance window dryer
A low profile design air tunnel system and method for providing uniform air flow in a refractance window dryer are disclosed. According to one embodiment, a system comprises a conditioned air supply manifold that provides air into a drying chamber. The system has a drying belt directed through the drying chamber. A feed application tray at a first end of the drying belt applies a liquid to the drying belt. The system has an exhaust manifold located at the first end of the drying belt.

DEVICE FOR DRYING SEWAGE SLUDGE
A device for drying sewage sludge having a modular design composed of standard containers, the standard containers being disposed behind and optionally on top of one another. Slabs including heating lines are introduced on top of one another, in multiple levels, into the standard containers, serving as drying surfaces. Linear conveyors including deflections in a first and a last container distribute the sewage sludge across a width of the drying surfaces, turn and loosen the sewage sludge, and move this successively back and forth over the drying surfaces disposed on top of one another.
DEVICE AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING AND USING EVAPORATION PARAMETERS IN A DRYING SYSTEM
A process for determining the drying time for a structure or building uses energy values based on sensible and latent energy to determine the enthalpy evaporation evaluation value for a condition. The condition includes the ambient temperature, the dew point temperature, and the wet bulb temperature for the air. The condition also includes the ambient humidity ratio, the dew point humidity ratio, and the wet bulb humidity ratio. The process can be implemented in a device that uses these values to determine the enthalpy evaporation evaluation value, which is used to predict a drying time for the materials.
