An automatic drying method for a grain dryer has a preparing step, a parameter-setting step, and a multi-stage drying step. The preparing step includes preparing an automatic drying device. The automatic drying device has a body, at least two drying sections, and a detecting module. Each drying section has a hot air inlet, a net-layer base, and at least one exhaust pipe. The detecting module is connected to the body and has at least two moisture meters, at least two temperature sensors, a rotary unit, and a processing unit. The parameter-setting step comprises setting a temperature value and a moisture content of each drying section. The multi-stage drying step comprises conveying pre-dried grains into each drying section, importing hot air into each drying section to dry the pre-dried grains, and adjusting an operating speed of the rotary unit and the temperature of the hot air.

A flow valve is mounted to the frame and movable from a first position to a second position. In the first position, the flow valve blocks airflow through the first opening. In the second position, the flow valve blocks airflow through the second opening. When the flow valve is between the first and second position the flow valve blocks at least some airflow through the first opening and blocks at least some airflow through the second opening.

When the flow valve is between the first and second position the flow valve blocks at least some airflow through the first opening and blocks at least some airflow through the second opening.

By controlling the amount of the fluid to be introduced into the drying unit, the electrode plate is prevented from being overdried.

The method comprises blowing hot air onto an absorbent printable medium that bears water- and/or solvent-based print agent to reduce the viscosity of the print agent and to promote absorption of at least some water and/or solvent in the print agent by the printable medium; and, subsequent to the blowing of hot air, irradiating the printable medium with ultraviolet radiation to dry the unabsorbed portion of print agent on the printable medium. A printer ink drying apparatus and a print apparatus are also disclosed.
