DRYING DEVICE
A drying device according to an embodiment dries a surface of an article by blowing hot air, and includes a drying chamber including a hot air supply port that blows the hot air, an infrared camera acquiring temperature distribution information that is information related to a temperature distribution inside the drying chamber, and a controller controlling a drying condition inside the drying chamber. The controller acquires corrected temperature distribution information by performing lock-in analysis of the temperature distribution information to remove noise from the temperature distribution information, and controls the drying condition based on the corrected temperature distribution information and based on a temperature distribution model that is a model related to the temperature distribution inside the drying chamber and is pre-generated using machine learning.
HOT AIR CIRCULATING FOOD WASTE DRYER
The present invention relates to a food waste dryer comprising: a main body in which a drying space is formed so that a portion thereof is open to the outside; a front door for closing the open portion of the main body; a drying basket which is disposed in the drying space of the main body and in which food is accommodated; an air circulation unit which includes a heater capable of heating the air of the drying space, and which suctions the air inside the drying space, and then blows, at the food waste, the air heated by the heater so as dry the food waste; a circulation pipe capable of discharging, to the outside through an exhaust pipe, the air that includes steam vaporized during a food waste drying process, and recirculating, to the drying space through a blowing pipe, the air heated by the heater; and a deodorizing device mounted on the outside of the main body so as to adsorb odor particles from the air discharged to the outside through the circulation pipe, thereby enabling the air to be deodorized, wherein the deodorizing device includes a deodorant comprising activated carbon and zeolite. According to the present invention, a fixed amount of steam, which is generated by vaporization and evaporation during the food waste drying process, is maintained, and the adsorption and deodorization performance of the odor particles can be improved.

Control for the process of drying wet material
The present invention relates to a process for continuous of drying or removing the water phase from wet material, such as organic material and for regulating or controlling the drying mechanisms using heating and drying components in a mechanic set up for drying material. The steam generated in the pre-dryer in the process is sufficient to sustain the energy need of the system as the different components of a meal factory are set up as a closed system.

Use of biomass furnace for direct air-drying of grain and other particulate
A heating apparatus for supplying heated air to a dryer for grain or other particulate materials. The apparatus features a biomass furnace with a burn chamber for combustible biomass material, a chimney having a lower end in fluid communication with the burn chamber interior, and air ducting that has a fresh air inlet, an output end connected or connectable to the dryer, and is in in fluid communication with the chimney to enable redirection of said heated exhaust air from the chimney to the dryer via the air ducting. An airflow control system is configured to both control airflow to the dryer through the air ducting, and control a temperature of said airflow by varying a ratio between the fresh ambient air and the heated exhaust air.
