A drying apparatus includes a dryer for a textile web. The dryer includes a drying chamber and at least one air-permeable drum arranged to rotate in the drying chamber. The textile web is guidable over a partial section of the circumference of the drum and heated drying air is flowable through the textile web. The dryer further includes a device to introduce heat for heating up the drying air. The device includes an internal hot gas source and an external hot gas source. The internal hot gas source is a component of the dryer and the external hot gas source is arranged peripherally to the dryer and includes a hot gas line connected at least indirectly to the dryer.
Installation for drying a damp non-woven web
An installation for drying a non-woven web includes a device (10, 11), a diffusion chamber (10) having an outlet fitting (21) in which there is mounted a perforated sheet (24) creating a drop in pressure.
Continuous-flow dryer comprising a first and a second section
A continuous-flow dryer for drying a material by hot air is provided with a first and a second section, through which the material is passed successively in a transport direction. It includes a fresh air supply device, an exhaust air recirculation device for removing exhaust air and recirculating it as supply air, and a heat exchanger, through which fresh air and exhaust air are led, for transferring waste heat of the exhaust air into the fresh air. With the exhaust air recirculation device a first part of the exhaust air is removed from the first section and recirculated as supply air directly into the first section. Furthermore, a second part of the exhaust air is removed from the first section, led through the heat exchanger, and recirculated as supply air into the first section. The fresh air supply device supplies fresh air as supply air into the second section.
Continuous-flow dryer comprising an exhaust air recirculation device
A continuous-flow dryer for drying a material by hot air is provided with a first and a second section, through which the material flows successively in a transport direction. It includes a fresh air supply device, an exhaust air recirculation device for removing exhaust air and for recirculating exhaust air as supply air, and a heat exchanger, through which fresh air and exhaust air are led, for transferring waste heat of the exhaust air into the fresh air. With the exhaust air recirculation device a first part of the exhaust air is removed from the first section and recirculated directly into the first section. Furthermore, a second part of the exhaust air is removed from the first section, led through the heat exchanger, and recirculated as supply air into the first section. The fresh air supply device supplies fresh air as supply air into the second section.
Continuous-flow dryer comprising a heat exchanger
A continuous-flow dryer for drying a material by means of hot air is provided with a fresh air supply device for supplying fresh air as supply air, an exhaust air recirculation device for removing exhaust air and for recirculating exhaust air as supply air, and a heat exchanger, through which fresh air on the one hand and exhaust air on the other hand are led, for transferring waste heat of the exhaust air into the fresh air. According to the invention, the removed exhaust air is supplied at the bottom into the heat exchanger.
APPARATUS FOR THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL OF OBJECTS, IN PARTICULAR FOR DRYING COATED VEHICLE BODIES
An apparatus and method for the temperature control of objects, in particular for drying coated vehicle bodies, with a temperature control chamber with at least one lock region, a fresh air device for producing fresh air which can be supplied to the temperature control chamber, a circulating air device which extracts exhaust air from the temperature control chamber and produces circulating air which can be supplied to the temperature control chamber, an air intake device for supplying air to the temperature control chamber, and a control device. A fresh air volume flow and a circulating air volume flow can be supplied to the air intake device, and the control device is configured to control the fresh air volume flow and the circulating air volume flow in such a manner that the overall volume flow which is supplied to the temperature control chamber does not fall below a lower limit.
Apparatus for drying and concentration using waste vapor
Disclosed is an apparatus for drying and concentrating, using waste vapor, which includes: a vapor supplying unit that produces and supplies vapor, using a boiler; a vapor storing unit that temporarily stores the vapor from the vapor supplying unit; a drying/concentrating unit that receives the vapor from the vapor storing unit and dries/concentrates a high-moisture material, in an indirect heat transfer type; a waste vapor collecting unit that collects waste vapor produced from the high-moisture material in the drying/concentrating unit; a vapor compressing unit that compresses the waste vapor collected by the waste vapor collecting unit; a condensate water discharging unit that separates condensate water, which is discharged after used as heat source in the drying/concentrating unit, and stink gases and discharges them; and a stink gas supplying line through which the stink gases separated by the condensate water discharging unit is supplied to the boiler.
HEAT PUMP CLOSED LOOP PROCESS DRYING
Methods, apparatuses, and systems for a closed loop product drying process are disclosed. Heated dry air enters a drying chamber, extracts moisture from a product to be dried, and exits the drying chamber, cooler and wetter. A heat pump air handler dries and warms the air from the drying chamber exhaust, and returns it to the drying chamber, in a closed air loop. The heat pump air handler includes a dehumidifier means in the closed air loop flow path. The dehumidifier means removes entrained moisture from wet air exiting the drying chamber, reheats the air, and returns it to the drying chamber.
Apparatus and method for processing final effluent and palm by-products discharged from palm oil milling process
The present invention is to produce fuel and feed resources by rapidly separating solid contents from final effluent and palm by-products which are discharged from the palm oil milling process, oxidizing organics from the generated liquid phase contents through water treatment so as to use the result as a liquid fertilizer, and carrying out continuous concentration and dehydration of the separated solid contents and then mixing the result with palm oil decanter cake and the like.
