TREATMENT FACILITY AND METHOD FOR TREATING WORKPIECES AND/OR MATERIAL WEBS
The present invention relates to a treatment facility (100) for treating workpieces and/or material webs (166), in particular to a drying facility (102) for vehicle bodies and/or battery electrode webs (168), comprising: a treatment space (106), which comprises a plurality of treatment space portions (108), which are each assigned to one of a plurality of separate recirculated air modules (110) of the treatment facility (100), a heat storage and heating facility (114) for storing and providing heat, at least one heating gas guide system (116), which comprises at least one heating gas feed (118) and at least one heating gas return (120).
The present invention relates further to a method for treating workpieces and/or material webs (166), comprising: causing a plurality of gas streams, guided in separate circuits, to flow through a plurality of treatment space portions (108) of a treatment space (106) of a treatment facility (100); directly or indirectly heating the gas streams by means of a heating gas stream generated in a heat storage and heating facility (114) of the treatment facility (100).
FILTRATION APPARATUS FOR REMOVING PARTICULATE MATERIAL FROM BIOMASS COMBUSTION EXHAUST
A filtration apparatus is disclosed. The filtration includes a housing with an exhaust passage; and a filter screen supported within the exhaust passage. An operating linkage moves the filter screen between first and second configuration. In the first configuration, the exhaust flow passes through the filter screen in the flow direction from a first side to a second side of the filter screen. In the second configuration, the exhaust flow passes through the filter screen in the flow direction from the second side to the first side of the filter screen. The operating linkage allows convenient and optional automation of the reversal of the flow direction through the filtration screen so that the filter screen is self cleaning.
DRYING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DRYING A COATING FOR TINS
A drying system for drying a coating for tins, including a drying chamber with a drying line having a pre-heating section and a polymerization chamber, a conveyor device with which the tins can be moved, and a heating system for applying a temperature-controlled process fluid to the tins. The heating system is coupled to a control device for signal communication. The pre-heating section has a first pre-heating chamber and a second pre-heating chamber downstream of the first pre-heating chamber. The control device is designed to control the heating system such that the tins in the first pre-heating chamber are heated to a first temperature, and the tins in the second pre-heating chamber are heated to a second temperature, wherein the second temperature is higher than the first temperature.
