MAGNETIC CONSTRUCTION TOYS
A building toy is provided that includes panels that connect magnetically at their edges, or to a base structure, to construct scenes, structures, and vehicles, or combinations thereof, along with related accessories.
CONNECTOR WITH MULTIPLE STRUCTURAL INTERFACES
A connector includes a body that extends along a longitudinal axis from one end-face to an opposite end-face. The body has an inner surface and an outer surface, and defines a first raised block, a second raised block, and first recesses in at least one end face. The first and second raised blocks each respectively extend from the outer surface perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The first raised block includes a first planar surface and defines protrusions that extend from the first planar surface. The second raised block includes a second planar surface and defines second recesses within the second planar surface. Each of the body, the first recesses, the first protrusions, and the second recesses separately defines a respective structural interface. Each structural interface is configured to engage with a respective corresponding structural interface of a component and couple that component to the connector.
ACCORDION FOLD PLAY STRUCTURE WITH EASY-UP ASSEMBLY DEVICE
Embodiments may relate to a foldable play structure which may be easily assembled and which may be form of four or more panels each connected to another to provide an accordion fold structure; corner hinges comprising a first hinge portion attached to one panel of the at least four panels; a second hinge portion attached to another panel of the at least four panels; and a fastener configured to be retained within either the first portion or the second portion; and mid-wall hinge(s) attached to two of the panels and located between the corner hinges. Typically, in a first configuration, the panels of the accordion fold structure are folded to be stacked in substantially parallel planes, and in a second configuration, the panels are unfolded forming a play structure. The retained fastener may be used to secure the corner panels together.
RETAINER FOR A DECORATIVE EDIBLE STRUCTURE
A retainer for temporarily holding in place a pair of inclined roof panels of a decorative edible structure includes a first hook surface on a body for engaging a first lower edge of a first inclined roof panel and a second hook surface on the body for engaging a second lower edge of a second inclined roof panel. The first and second hook surfaces are spaced apart from each other along the body, and when in use, the body holds the first and second hook surfaces in engagement with the first and second lower edges. Decorative edible structures using such retainers, a kit of parts including such retainers, and corresponding methods of constructing decorative edible structures using such retainers are also disclosed.
Portable folding play structure
A collapsible play structure having a collapsed configuration and an opened configuration comprises: a left panel having a back surface, a front surface, a horizontal axis, and a vertical axis; a left fold out structure coupled to the left panel, the left fold out structure comprising one or more members rotatably coupled to the left panel to be rotatable about an axis parallel with the horizontal axis of the left panel; a right panel having a back surface, a front surface, a horizontal axis, and a vertical axis; a right fold out structure coupled to the right panel, the right fold out structure comprising one or more members rotatably coupled to the right panel to be rotatable about an axis parallel with the horizontal axis of the right panel; and a center panel having a back surface and a front surface, the center panel rotatably coupled to the left panel and the right panel in an orientation that aligns the vertical axes of the left panel and the right panel in a parallel alignment, wherein, in the opened configuration, the left fold out structure and right fold out structure are coupled together by at least one releasable joint.
Power connector for building blocks
A power connector for building blocks has a loading sheet adapted to be mounted between two assembled building blocks and a socket mounted on the loading sheet. The loading sheet has a locating segment and a conducting unit. The locating segment forms a through hole. The conducting unit is mounted on a surface of the locating segment. The socket is electrically connected to the conducting unit and is used to connect to a wire. The power connector is mounted between the two assembled building blocks by the loading sheet and is mounted around any column of another building block via the through hole. Thus, the power connector is mounted on the building blocks without pasting and drilling and therefore without breaking the building blocks. Besides, the power connector is manufactured by automation so that cost is reduced and the quality is stable.
Customizable Stackable Modular Construction System
A customizable, stackable, modular construction system having interconnected panels coupled mechanically using compatible coupling elements to assemble three-dimensional structures. Includes optional architectural components and electrical components. Electrical components are coupled with electrical wiring to a power source which is compatible with other electronic components such as Bluetooth enabled devices for remote control, light source, fans, electronic sensors, buzzers, photovoltaic panels, motors and batteries, amongst others. Architectural components, accessories and themed construction panels built from a variety of materials are coupled to create a modular construction that embodies different structural shapes and resembles a variety of architectural styles or scenes customized per the builder's preference.
CONNECTION SYSTEMS FOR TOY CONSTRUCTION PIECES, TOY CONSTRUCTION PIECES INCLUDING THE SAME, AND TOY CONSTRUCTION KITS INCLUDING THE SAME
