A continuous, high-temperature preheating plant for preheating flat semi-finished steel products has a conveying line suitable to transfer the flat semi-finished steel products from an inlet to an outlet of the continuous, high-temperature preheating plant, and a plurality of heating devices arranged along the conveying line to heat the semi-finished steel products from an inlet temperature to a predetermined final temperature. The plurality of heating devices has, arranged in sequence between the inlet and the outlet along the conveying line, a first induction furnace, a second induction furnace, and at least one electric resistance radiation furnace. The continuous, high-temperature preheating plant has a cutting apparatus suitable to cut a starting flat semi-finished steel product into a plurality of cut segments having a predetermined length less than a length of the starting flat semi-finished steel product. The cutting apparatus is arranged between the first induction furnace and the second induction furnace.

The present disclosure discloses a transport device and a reflow oven comprising the same. The transport device includes a first rail device. The first rail device includes a first guide rail and a first conveying belt. The first conveying belt includes a chain and a plurality of support bars, with the plurality of support bars arranged in a length direction, and each of the support bars rotatably connected to the chain, where each of the support bars is rotatable to a first state and a second state, and a distance from the top of the support bar in the second state to the chain is less than that from the top of the support bar in the first state to the chain. The support bars in the first state can support an element to be processed, and the support bars in the second state do not support the element to be processed, thereby reducing the occupied space. With the arrangement of the rotatable support bars, the first conveying belt of the first rail device can always travel in the length direction, enabling a lifting function of the support bars, without the need to move the position of the first conveying belt.

Heat treatment system

A heat treatment system may include a heat treatment furnace configured to heat treat a material in a saggar, the saggar including a saggar body and a lid; a lid removing device configured to remove the lid from the saggar; a body conveyor configured to convey the saggar body; a lid conveyor configured to convey the lid; a recovery device configured to recover the material from the saggar body; a supply device configured to supply a non-heat-treated material to the saggar body; and a lid attaching device configured to attach the lid to the saggar body. A conveying time for the lid to be conveyed from an entrance to an exit of a conveying path of the lid conveyor may be shorter than a conveying time for the saggar body to be conveyed from an entrance to an exit of a conveying path of the body conveyor.
